The receptionist was not respectful ! Extra charge for city tax despite the fact the the payment on AGODA website was including TAX & FEES

We didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but overall it was comfortable and in a great location. The only thing I would flag is that, while in the lobby in the early afternoon, we wanted two soft drinks. A young lady (probably the receptionist) told us she wasn’t the bartender and couldn’t provide them - she literally said she would not know where to get them or let us pay for it. As she was making a coffee behind the bar counter, we found this a little unusual. Would it really have been too difficult to provide us with two Cokes and charge them to our room? It wasn’t a big deal for us — we simply went around the corner and got drinks elsewhere — but it was an unexpected experience.

Very basic yet functional - 5 mins to metro, near tons of awesome local eats

Marvelous location and mood. Staffs were helping me with everything they got. Things to improve : the room's door was very hard to close tightly, lock, or even checked if it's locked or not, a security issue.
