Room was comfortable and clean in a quiet area of the neighborhood. Really cool location and close to restaurants on the next street over and the tram to the city. Easily walkable and Roman brickworks in the park across the street!
A little confusion with the virtual keys at first, but I figured it out. That was really the only issue, and it was minor with an easy fix once I figured out the sequence for the keys.

Location, nice pillows, nice appartment
No forks / spoons or I didn’t understand how to get to the kitchen. And the electric pot was very dirty, can’t be used. Please clean it

Access was a little confusing for both us and another renter for a nearby rental. Should consider unlocking 10-15 early instead of making renter and package wait on street until exactly 2 pm. Phone number listed for office did not work. Made the whole thing look shady

The location is very good, near to the center and close to metro station and supermarkets
There was no basic supplies such as bottle of water, soap and shampoo at least for the first night, while there was no info where to throw the garbage. In addition one pair of pillows was dirty without cover
