Would book the hotel again

Perfect place to stay 1 night during the Stoneman Bike Adventure, all you need is their. I also can highly recommend the pasta on the menu.

Beer, food and cycling!

I came back to Belgium just to stay here! Perfect for a cycling trip stopover. Lovely room, very peaceful and surprisingly the building with the big ‘hotel’ sign is just that …… Evening meal here is exceptional as is the great choice of Belgian beers. Never change - the perfect hotel!

This is a gem of a hotel and will definitely be back.

An amazing experience, friendly staff, reasonably priced food, drinks and room. The location may be off the beaten track but what a location!! Sitting on bar terrace was peaceful and the selection of drinks was excellent. Food from the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was good quality, very tasty and reasonable priced.

Location is good and the place looks fresh and is clean. Good amenities: everything you need is there.

Incredibly overpriced place. We had some beers at the bar which were sold for €6.50-7 each. Compared to any other place in the ardennes (we know as we were MTB-ing for a few days) thats just ridiculous as its normally €4. Same for the restaurant - pretty tasty food but overpriced a lot. On top of that the room had very cheap matrasses and pillows which weren't really comfortable.

Getaway at New Year's!

It is very easy to find the walk and hiking paths from the hotel. The owners are wonderful and warm people that make you feel really good. The New Year's dinner was delicious and the ambience was also great. It is pet friendly!

The bathroom needs a little refreshment. There was not frigo in the room

Everything was great. Friendly and professional staff(also speaks multi languages). And super attentive service. Quiet environment, we enjoyed a nice, quiet afternoon by the terrace with a great view, perfect. Dinner was also good but the portion is small. Lots of food / drinks choices. Clean, fresh room in the nature. We took a great long walk nearby, it was perfect. Breakfast was more than enough. This hotel is definitely a great stopover to explore this quiet town’s nature. We had a great time, thank you again, danku!

Check out time was a bit too early. A bit hasty. The Food Portion in dinner is small.

The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly. During our stay, restaurants where closed due to corona, but breakfast and diner where served in our room. Breakfast was a standard cold breakfast, but we missed an egg or some bacon. Since the restaurant was not open due to corona, diner was offered in a take-away form using compostable packaging. Diner was of high quality, standard Belgian food, we very much enjoyed it. The hotel is situated in a little village surrounded by beautiful nature with lots of walking and biking routes. There are no grocery stores in town, only a bakery. The first one takes about a 10 min drive.

- cold breakfast, an egg or some bacon would have been nice - location: besides walking and biking there is not much to do on walking distance.

Fun WE away from the city to enjoy a visit to the castle of Burg Reuland and some walking in the neighbouring nature. Dinner and breakfast (in our room due to Covid) were very good ! Friendly staff.

Beautiful countryside

It was well located and close to lovely countryside with plenty of cycle trails and walks. There is an interesting old castle in the village. Plenty of Parking. The meals were generous and well organised in the covid time. Owner was exceptional.

Mijn man vroeg voor de volgende ochtend spek met ei en het was geen enkel probleem.

In de kamer tegen de vrije wand een tafeltje waaraan je kan kaarten of andere gezelschapspelen.

perfect, gewoon rustig

Ik vond het onthaal en eenvoud gewoon prachtig. Het verblijf is rustig Voor onze hond zijn er meer dan genoeg faciliteiten om te spelen en te ravotten Wij hebben er rust gevonden in een zeer stil dorp . Ontbijt => meer dan afdoende Het avondeten is eenvoudig , maar zeer goed verzorgd => gewoon niets op aan te merken Wij voelden ons voor de 2de maal zeer thuis Ik kom hier zeker nog terug!

Ik kan er geen bedenken Misschien een markering plaatsen aan de doorgang naar de parking , want in het donker kun je de beek niet zien. Of toch een kleine opmerking ivm elektrisch laden => welke kaart is hier voor nodig, om niet voor onverwachte verrassingen te staan

Aangenaam verblijf

Klein hotel waar de hond ook welkom was. De uitbater was super vriendelijk en stond steeds paraat. Het avondeten was super lekker en we kregen zelfs 2 verschillende hapjes vooraf. In de inkom van ons gebouw stond een koelkast met diepvriezertje waar iedere gast gebruik kon van maken. Handig zo hadden we elke dag fris water.

Het ontbijt was vrij basic en buiten de eieren was het elke dag hetzelfde. Bij ons laatste ontbijt was er om 9u nog maar 1 croissant voor 3 personen en dit kon niet meer aangevuld worden. We kregen opeens ieder een spiegelei zonder dat dit eerst gevraagd was. Zonde, want niet iedereen is hier fan van. Het gebouw waar wij zaten en onze badkamer zijn aan opfrissing toe.

Leuk gezellige hotel.

De rust,het hotel volledig in het dal en weinig of geen verkeer.

Om te bellen met GSM zeer slechte of geen verbinding. Maar zeer goeie WiFi, dus telefoneren met wath app en messenger is aangeraden. Als je met motoren gaat staan ze veilig achteraan maar kunnen niet binnen staan.
