The room was fine with 3 twin beds for 3 adults and ok space for clothing. Location of the hotel excelent and very friendly and attentive staff.
My room was facing the tram stop right in front of the hotel and since it did not have air conditioning I was forced to leave the windows open due to weather. Very noisy and smelly. Once I moved my bed side table, I found plenty of dust under it.

The location.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was lovely.
Tiny double room at the very top of the property with no view.
The bed covers were ripped and had a couple of marks on them. Although I could tell they had been cleaned.
