Villa Silvana Relais

The “Welcome” that we received from Katarina, Sylvana, and Serena was like no other welcome we have ever had in all of our vacations!!! Their property was absolutely stunning!!! The view off the balcony was breathtaking of water and Mount Vesuvius. The property grounds were so lush and green with gorgeous palm trees! The interior design of the lobby, two verandas, and our rooms were designed so beautifully. The entire staff could not be more accommodating. They waited on us like we were special! The morning breakfasts were the best we had in all of our 3 weeks in Greece & Italy. Our breakfast table was on the veranda and what a nice spread for breakfast!! The owners Sylvana, Katarina, and Dino were so very gracious. Serena went out of her way to make two trips to get all of our luggage to/from train station. And when we didn’t have the energy to walk into town for dinner, they drove us as well. Location couldn’t have been better.. walking distance to the gorgeous Sorrento Piazza with an abundance of gorgeous shops and amazing restaurants. Our property was super close to every “meeting spot” for all of our tours as well. They gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to dine. This place is a GEM!! We do NOT have one negative comment.. we almost want to keep this resort “a secret”, but we do HIGHLY recommend this destination for an unforgettable experience!!!

The location was amazing! The staff were personable and extremely accommodating! We needed to leave at a very early time They provided coffee an croissants for us! The owners were wonderful! Sad to leave but we will definitely come back!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this grand but intimate hotel in Sorrento! Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, immaculately clean with crisp white linens, and had an equally large terrace overlooking olive trees. The individually-served breakfast buffet was sumptuous and delicious with a beautiful assortment of wonderful Italian pastries, breads, cheeses and meats, fruits, juices, espresso and cappuccino! It is centrally located in the heart of Sorrento but set in from the street with a long tree-lined entrance to the hotel which is equally gorgeous in the day as it is at night. The gardens surrounding the property are lush and the view of the Bay of Naples from the terraces in the back is absolutely breathtaking. Most wonderful and memorable of all is the owner, Dino, who along with his sister Caterina and the entire staff of the hotel, kindly treated us as family!

Beautiful room, even better than the pictures. The bathroom was very spacious with huge mirrors and double vanity space. Staff were helpful, responsive and friendly. The location was exceptional with beautiful sea views and pleasant grounds with abundant greenery.

Robes in the rooms to go with slippers would have been appreciated, especially for making the most of the terrace.
