Staff cannot be nicer, very helpful and friendly. Little kitchen with a coffee machine, water dispenser and a little area to sit outside for coffee. Comfy clean rooms. Safe and hairdryer in room and an iron in the hall way to use. WiFi. Let us leave luggage when checked out until we were ready to go to the airport. Very secure gated and coded access. Aircon in rooms. 15 minute walk to collosuem and close enough to trastervere
Water in shower was cold but we didn’t ask for it to be sorted so our own fault really. It was so hot outside, when we got back we were happy to have a cold shower

Decent sized room, bathroom a little small but 5 minute walk from circus Maximus, metro and lots of Aventine entertainment. And cool, effective Ac in late September days.

Aventino guest house is a short walk from the main visitor attractions. The guest house is clean and comfortable. The drinking water machine was a great addition, as was the tea/coffee machine. Alessandro and all staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Nice building in a lovely neighborhood close to Circo Massimo.
Noisy as it is a recycled private apartment. Absolutely no water pressure. Impossible to take a real shower.
