Excellent location, big room & bed (although two singles pushed together - didn’t bother us)- easy access instructions. Room cleaned each day which was nice.

The walls are really thin so a lot of noise from other guests, doors slamming etc. There was soap and body wash dispensers provided, however they were empty. The toilet flusher/water was faulty - the flusher panel would fall off and we would have to manually fix the flusher each time to stop the water running. The listing described “ironing facilities” however only an iron was provided - no board. It would have been nice to have had one extra pillow each. These things are all minor however just things we noticed that can be easily rectified for future guests.

The room was very dark (with no sunlight). However I did not mind it as we only stayed in the room during the night.

Cleanliness standards were below expectations — dusty, floors were dirty, several hairs found in kitchen area, bathroom and beds. Bathroom had a very strong drain smell and mould, we had to keep the bathroom door shut to try and contain the smell to the bathroom. Unable to fully close and lock the bedroom window which let the street noise in. Kitchenette amenities had been used by previous guests and not replenished - all we had was an already open tea bag. Blankets on the beds didn’t seem fresh and only the sheets seemed to have been changed between guests. Such a shame as the location was great but the lack of proper cleaning of the property was very disappointing.
