The location. The facility was descently clean. The coffee machine and pods are included.
Their policy is to replace lines and towels every 3 night, not 3 days as written on the card. Bring your own shampoo, because the amount you get is not enough.

Great stay and lovely room staff were very easygoing and helpful and communicative
The walls were quite thin and could hear someone on reception from like 8.30 onwards think it was earlier on the first day, I woke up a few times early hours because of this. I also got woken up by someone else checking out could hear their phone call from the end of the hall. This is no fault of the hotel just unfortunate

Great location in Trastevere just 6 min walking distance from the local tram leading to the train station.
Rooms are quite small and on the pricier side

Well located.
It was a bit deceiving. We thought we were booking a proper hotel but it turned out to be rooms as guesthouses. It was not clear in the listing. Also the doors are not soundproof so we woke up from sounds outside the room
