Great stay and lovely room staff were very easygoing and helpful and communicative
The walls were quite thin and could hear someone on reception from like 8.30 onwards think it was earlier on the first day, I woke up a few times early hours because of this. I also got woken up by someone else checking out could hear their phone call from the end of the hall. This is no fault of the hotel just unfortunate

Great location in Trastevere just 6 min walking distance from the local tram leading to the train station.
Rooms are quite small and on the pricier side

Great location with many restaurants and the river only a few minutes away.
It's not really a hotel. There's no "lobby area" or anywhere to sit/wait for a taxi other than the room. There's just a small desk area that was usually unmanned so once you checked out you needed to leave the building.

The room generally ok., clean, spacious However there were issues with some important services 1. Air con did not work...room too hot 2. Not advised re door code...i appreciate this may have been an oversight, partly caused by the booking being in our daughters name, not ours 3. Asked for milk for coffee, never delivered The lady on the front desk did her best to address the issues i sent via e-mail to her and that was appreciated
