This was a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Each floor has a different color theme and we were on the green floor. Beds were very cozy and there was a mini fridge. The staff were some of the best we had during our entire vacation. They were always extremely polite and friendly. I had a scheduling error and needed to extend my stay by one day. The staff were so friendly and understanding and I had no issue extending my stay. The hotel is not in the middle of the tourist area so we did need to take metro to the places we visited. This was fine with us and very easy once we figured out the metro system. Breakfast was incredible. There was a wide spread of options... Eggs, bacon, toast, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juices. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was good and varied. Overall, the decor and ambience of the hotel was good and good bar in the lobby.
Both ours and our daughter's rooms smelt of cigarette smoke when we arrived, including the linen and pillows. The shower cubicle door didn't close properly so it made the bathroom floor wet. Some mould inside the shower cubicle.
