Initial night staff was helpful and accommodating

Beds were rock hard. Didn’t get much sleep as it felt like a plywood board we were sleeping on. Not enough outlets in the bathroom. Staff on 2nd day were not accommodating or friendly.

A jewel in this Pueblo Magico. wonderful balconies, hot water, and the staff was very kind, friendly and attentive.

Basically no heating in the room only a small heater butt that's very common in that area. The coffee and cake makes it all forgettable it's that good.

La atención del personal, fueron muy amables y estuvieron disponibles todo el tiempo.

La habitación estaba muy fria. Tenía calefacción pero no fue suficiente. Nos prestaron un calefactor más pero estaba estropeado.

Estupenda y relajada.

La decoración y la calidad de su personal. El lugar es como llegar a casa. Las camas son muy cómodas, la limpieza es buena. La ambientación es estupenda. Y la localización es céntrica, a menos de 5 minutos del centro caminando.

Los baños, se que el lugar es antiguo, y aunque está muy bien conservado los baños no tienen la ventilación correcta, al ser la habitación tan pequeña no es lo óptimo.

Pequeño, cómodo y acogedor. Buena atención y cochera adecuada.

El lugar, aunque pequeño, es muy acogedor y dejamos el coche en una cochera que tienen enfrente. Nos gustó el decorado, el tener un café incluido en la mañana y la atención, todo bien.

No es su culpa pero como todas las calles son de doble sentido, cuesta un poco de trabajo llegar. También hay que pensar que para llegar al centro son unos minutos de pendiente, que podría ser complicado para personas con poca movilidad.

😠Para llegar se me complicó muchísimo!!!. estaban desviando la circulación de autos (disque por obras, no vi tales), para llegar al hotel dimos tres vueltas a todo el centro!!!… y para salir otro tanto ya que las desviaciones llevan a la parte más alta del pueblo conectando con una y carretera que lleva rumbo diferente (al centro de Pachuca), al menos a mi me saco hasta Cd. Sagun!!! Desviandome rededor de 25 o más km.😠
