Location, staff service, comfortable bed, water bottles.
On the second night, we couldn't shower because the water came out cold. And although there was a note posted in the bedroom saying that water can delay a while to get hot, it never did.
Also, there's a leak from under the shower floor that makes the flooring out of the bathroom wet, where you step onto as you take your step out of the bathroom. It's some sort of bad design for the flooring that causes this. Unfortunately, many other rooms present the same problem. I was able to check them out since they are kept open when there are no occupants. And I saw the flooring with water damage in all of them. I should mention that the floors are made out of wood. So you can imagine the discomfort of a wet flooring.
We also found a live scorpion in the bathroom. Beware!
