Be advised…

The place was convenient, close to Centro with lots of places to eat and things to see.

I specifically chose this particular Motel because of it’s high Wi-Fi ratings, yet Wi-Fi never worked well in Room 6 on the first floor. Also, the room was very cold at night. The gentleman that was manning the front desk was friendly enough, but that’s as far as it went. He Wasn’t interested in putting me in a new room when I let him know that the Internet was out. He just fumbled with my phone a bit, thinking that was going to fix the issue, and advised me that I was good to go. The listing also offered private parking, which I did not. I was advised that valet service was no longer available, and that I could park in front of the motel.

It was decorated nicely for Christmas with lights

There was no on premise parking for my Tacoma. when I went to leave the next day, I arrived to get my vehicle, the gate was locked, and no one was there to open the door. JYE hotel sent someone to come up and open the gates. Just so you’ll know

Excellent, modern hotel at great price

Lovely modern hotel with excellent friendly staff. It's located across the street from where the collectivos and taxis wait. The shower was hot. Free tea and coffee in the lobby. Only 10 minutes walk to the main street on the city. Very clean and comfortable. Good TV with many channels and refrigerator too.

The only reason I'm not giving this hotel a 10/10 is the WiFi in our third floor room was spotty. Bed is small for a couple but fine for a few nights.

Great place for two days in the town

The entire room was always clean, the bathroom is good size and during the night the hotel was quiet which is really good to sleep. Has a great location, just few meters where the vans arrive from Pachuca, also is an excelente starting point to explore the town or take a taxi to go to other near towns.

Habitaciones limpias, agua caliente y en todo momento. En buen estado la instalaciónes y el personal muy amable.

Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

El hotel es muy lindo,y en excelentes condiciones, se ubica a metros de la parada del turibus, o de la escuela de artes de la UAEH. Muy céntrico, y aunque el estacionamiento no está ahí, cuentan con valet parking y no requieres usarlo pues la cercanía con el centro te invita a caminar más que usar auto.

Qué al llegar no habían recibido la reservación ni el pago por parte de booking, situación que me sorprendió porque es la primera vez que me pasa. Sin embargo me dieron solución y acceso sin contratiempos ( aunque un poco más tarde).

Excelente atención y ubicación.

Me encantó que el lugar está super bien en la relación calidad precio, lo mejor del lugar es su ubicación ya que está justo a una cuadra del centro de la ciudad. La persona que nos recibió super atenta, amable todo el tiempo a pesar de que ya era un poco tarde cuando llegamos, un excelente servicio y atención de la señorita Ivonne

El escándalo del equipo de sonido que se escuchaba , no sé si normalmente es así o solo por las festividades de fin de semana que en ese momento nos tocó.

Hermoso

Ubicación excelente, céntrico todo queda cerca. Personal muy amable, instalación limpia y cómoda, agua a pesar del frío si sale caliente. Sin duda lo recomiendo. El plus es que hay flexibilidad en horario para checar ingreso y salida.

Estacionamiento es en la calle aunque es una zona tranquila así que sin eventualidad.
