Location and availability on the busiest weekend of the year. Super convenient to get around. Offers safe parking at additional cost which was extremely convenient.
A little cramped :) but expected in CBD. The single bathroom posed a few challenges when the flush stopped working overnight.. but the team was very receptive next morning to get it fixed on 31 Dec which by itself was no mean feat.

The size of the apartment was great
Street noise. Lots of wear and tear on things. Communication with staff lacking and unprofessional

The location was amazing
The beds were not comfy wasn't very clean also a broken chair and there was no toilet paper.

Good position, near centre
Dirty, not cleaned at arriving. The complete apartment was dirty, rooms , shower broken and they didn’t fix it
Take long time and bring back our deposit.
