Paradise

Beautiful surroundings and remote location. Clean, calm, quiet. Treehouses smell great. The space and privacy of the treehouses. Local hornbills were beautiful. Staff are so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Food in roots restaurant was outstanding.

We stayed here to celebrate our 8-year anniversary, and the entire experience was nothing short of incredible. The location is breathtaking, the staff was exceptionally professional, and the food and accommodations exceeded all our expectations. It truly felt like one of the best resorts we've ever visited — peaceful, private, and absolutely stunning.

Amazing place a paradise oasis in Koh Yao Noi. Very far up in the hill but more than worthy. Feels like paradise place for us only in the trees.

Staff could speak a better English to avoid confusion on some requests.

Hoping it’s not the last time to visit this beautiful place

The tree house is perfect, the nature was as we are in haven especially with the cloudy weather. The public swimming pool was amazing!! The staff are so sweet and helpful. The manger greets everybody on the complimentary happy hour, he is so friendly.

The villas are not so private, you can be seen if you are in the villa swimming pool and even in the room if you don’t close the curtains. The villa swimming pool water is so cold, will be better if there is heated system.

Exceptional honeymoon at treehouse villas

We chose treehouse villas for our honeymoon and im so glad we did. The whole experience has been thoughtful, streamline and so relaxing. The setting is beautiful, the treehouses are so unique and the staff really go the extra mile to make your stay perfect. I would highly recommend booking to stay here and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Perfect stay

The views from the treehouse are outstanding. You can lay in bed and see palm trees and the ocean. The staff are amazing, mostly employed from the island village, they are so helpful. The food was all delicious, at times service could be slow but you can tell each plate was freshly made with care, so we did not mind. It was nice to not be ‘go go go’. The excursions are fab, we recommend the island hop it was the highlight of our trip. The spa massages would incredible, no white noise needed just sounds of the jungle

Beautiful villas. The ambience was very relaxing and the villas themselves were very well appointed.

I would say it is a little hard to get to and from, once you’re there you can’t really go anywhere else. There was also a little pier you could swim up to in the sea however, the steps for this were broken and rather dangerous so I would recommend staying near the shore.

Everything at this hotel was exceptional! The villas are amazing, the private pool, the views, the restaurant, the staff. We got engaged here so it’s my favorite hotel of the whole trip (of course) but the staff just took everything to the next level. We wish we had time to stay longer and can’t wait to go back

Beautiful location but resort is overpriced

The villa is beautiful and the concept is great. Staff were very friendly although communication was all last minute when we booked months in advance . Food at Italian restaurant was delicious

Villa needed some repairs - broken tiles in plunge pool, floor boards broken in dressing area and bath handle broken. To get a boat out as well was very expensive .

Absolute Paradise!

We stayed for two nights as part of our honeymoon and wish it could have been ten! The property is gorgeous, the service is top tier and the treehouses are immaculately clean. The plunge pool was perfect after a day of traveling or activities. If you’re looking for an action packed stay - they will arrange tours and activities. If you’re looking for relaxing and never leaving your bubble, they will bring food, drinks, and anything else you think you might need right to your villa. Anyone with a negative view of this place is reaching.

Not a negative at all - but be mindful of the travel to reach the villas when booking flights, etc. From Krabi airport - it’s a 50 min drive, 20 min speed boat. The pier has very specific schedules and we ended up having to miss a night at this gorgeous place because our flight landed 30 mins past the last boat transfer option. I would advise calling the treehouse villas prior to booking to confirm transfer/transit options prior to booking online. Not their fault at all. Just a consideration when staying on a remote island.

Everything was perfect from the service to being able to book the excursions right from their own dock to the private transportation your own treehouse Villa was just unbelievable

Locations a little hard to get to but well worth it it’s more than most hotels around it but the difference is worth it absolutely five star service. I travel all over the world. I would give this at 12 if I could the food was great and many options no need to ever leave this property.

One of our most memorable stays on a multi stop trip through Asia. Highly recommend.

The view is unmatched. The level of service was impressive, fast and friendly. Had the best island hopping tour with a knowledgeable guide. Can’t recommend enough. Breakfast was wonderful.

The mosquitoes are fierce in the morning and at night but that is due to location, not the hotel. The lilly pond is an eye sore and should be cleaned.

Paradise on earth!!!

Tree House Villas is a spectacular, exceptional and wonderful place. It was an experience that we can hardly put in words. There were so many WOW factors that we don’t know where to start. But we would like to start by saying - the staff was exceptional!!! The facilities were out of this world!!! The surrounding was beyond beautiful. Breakfast was not only fabulous - but it was presented in a way you could hardly imagine. Last but not least we got to enjoy the nature and wildlife with the Hornbill as the main start. We are thankful for the privilege of being so lucky to have stayed at Tree House!!! Thank you all❤️

Best place we’ve ever stayed

Absolutely incredible hotel for our honeymoon - best we’ve ever stayed in!! Stunning design, secluded location and amazing attention to detail. It feels totally luxury. Kind, professional and helpful staff. The food and drinks were amazing with plenty of variety. We did a boat trip organised by the hotel exploring the local islands and beaches which was just us and a guide - this was a massive highlight. We were so sad to leave.

A lovely place but the attention to detail is slightly lacking

the rooms are absolutely stunning and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food in the main paradise restaurant and the Treehouse Roots restaurant was really nice. it’s very tranquil here and a nice place to relax.

there’s no where to walk to so you are very limited to the resort. The tide goes out and it’s very rocky by 2:30 so swimming is limited. It’s adults only but children can play football behind the private beach. Kayaks and paddle boards should be inclusive. There are no staff in the beach area so no way of getting a drink or water without walking back up to the bar. The Paradise resort has a beach bar and waiter service, the same should be available at Treehouse but you only had this if you were by the pool.

Utterly beautiful

The villas are really beautiful. We were in one of the treehouses 408, and our views were spectacular, we barely wanted to leave our room as it was so amazing. The staff were delightful, and I was really pleased to hear many are employed from the island itself. They couldn't do enough to help you, and it felt so genuine and like they really cared. The food and drinks in the bar and restaurant areas were delicious and really reasonably in terms of price for a higher end resort. The beach in front of the hotel was lovely, it is tidal but we found this gorgeous and we enjoyed watching all the wildlife as the tides went out.

The shared spa with the next-door resort was pleasant but not wonderful. Not a major issue as we weren't really there for the spa, but compared to other similar style resorts we have stayed at the spa was not as good.

Didn't meet expectations

The villa was great, very nicely done and the island is beautiful. The staff are very attentive.

The food was below average and menus contents lacked the luxury vibe you would expect . The beach was a massive let down, far too much dead coral and rocks. It's essential to bring sea shoes if you intend on going further than ankle deep. None of activities listed here are not included in the price of the booking. The singer at dinner was awful and everyone was disappointed. I would stay for a day or 2 max
