A private resort with beautiful sea view

The owner organizes free transfers from and to the pier, and generally is very generous and kind. The place permits a very relaxed and private vacation as there are a few guests and the place is relatively isolated. This place is recommended for isolation and practicing meditation. Western breakfast was good. The room was spacious and the view was breathtaking.

The location is remote from other places on the island such as sandy beaches (the bathing in the hotel's beach is not possible) and restaurants (there's only one restaurant in walking distance). However, there is an option to rent a bike for 400 Baht/day and ordering food to the hotel is possible also. In my opinion, if you cannot ride a bike, this option less fits you.

Vacation retreat !

We loved the quiet, the amazing view, woderful pool, huge comfortable bed, bathtub, everyone on the stadd was really kind and helpful. Most amazing were the incredible meditatations lead by the monks. We felt so at home we didnt want to leave!

The food. Barely anything to eat as a vegan and even for non vegans the food was tasteless, bland and dissapointing.

House Keeping wurde Sonntag nicht gemacht, als es am Montag gemacht wurde war der Boden leider noch dreckig und die Minibar nicht gefüllt Frühstückszeit sehr spät und man darf lediglich ein Menü Punkt wählen Personal leider nicht freundlich Rezeption kaum besetzt

Schönes Hotel, schlechte Lage.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön. Für ein paar ruige Tage perfekt. Alles ist sehr stilvoll und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und geräumig.

Die Lage. Weit weg von allem. Das Personal „verschwindet“ um 19.00h und es gibt absolut keine Möglichkeiten mehr auch nur ein Wasser oder etwas anderes zu bekommen. Wenigetens ein Automat oder ein kleiner Kiosk wäre hier dringend nötig. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und immer freundlich, konnte aber teilweise sehr wenig englisch.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt mit ganz tollem Service & grandiosem Essen

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Big Sun Residence in Ko Yao Noi. Alles war super sauber, das Essen vor Ort einfach sensationell und der Service durchweg hervorragend. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass das Team uns bei der Abreise sofort geholfen hat, als ich mein Handy versehentlich dort liegen gelassen habe, sie haben alles stehen und liegen gelassen, um es mir zurückzugeben. Vielen Dank für diese außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft! Absolut empfehlenswert.

Traumhafte Oase der Ruhe

Das Hotel war eine Oase der Ruhe. Eine wunderschöne kleine Pool und Gartenanlage. Für jedes Zimmer ausreichend Liegestühle mit größerem Abstand rund um den Pool und wunderschöner Sicht auf das Meer. Direkten Meerzugang hat man vom Hotel leider nicht, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und das Bett mit der großen Decke war sehr bequem. Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr luxuriös mit einer Regendusche und einer sehr großen Badewanne. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem aufmerksam, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Alles im Resort war immer perfekt sauber. Das Frühstück bietet zwar kein Buffet, aber eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Gerichten die man bestellen kann. Wir konnten direkt ab Hotel einen Roller mieten, was sehr sinnvoll ist, weil das Hotel recht abgelegen liegt. Da die Insel aber recht klein ist, stellt das kein Problem dar. Auch wurde vom Hotel ein Ausflug mit einem Longtaiboat zu 4 kleinen Nachbarinseln organisiert, der sehr schön war. Die Massage im Hotel, zu der eine externe Therapeutin kam, war ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Hotel bietet auch die Möglichkeit der Meditation oder Yoga, was wir im Vorfeld bei der Buchung über booking.com gar nicht erfahren hatten.

Leider hat das Hotel keinen eigenen Spabereich, sodass die Massage auf einer mobilen Liege, die im Zimmer aufgestellt wurde, stattfand. Auch hatte die Liege keine Aussparung am Kopf, so dass man nicht so gut entspannen konnte. Da bei der Thaimassage die Therapeutin mit vollem Körpereinsatz arbeitet, war die Klappliege für 2 Personen auch recht schmal ….Auch für den Partner ist es störend, da das Zimmer dann quasi für 120 Minuten geblockt war. Unser Zimmer lag recht dicht an der Straße, sodass man die vorbeifahrenden Autos und Roller hörte. Das Poolwasser war schon bei unsere Ankunft trüb, so dass wir gleich nach dem Baden duschten und auch nicht mit dem Kopf unter Wasser gingen. Einen Tag später war das Wasser dann komplett trüb und leider nicht zu nutzen. Es erfolgte eine Schockchlorung und gründliche Reinigung, danach war das Wasser wieder etwas klarer. Auch lief dann erkennbar die Filteranlage, zuvor war im Pool keine Wasserbewegung ersichtlich. Dies hätte durch konsequente kontinuierliche Wartung sicherlich verhindert werden können. Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel würden wir jederzeit wieder in diese traumhafte Oase der Ruhe kommen.

-Das Hotel ist sehr modern und wurde erst vor kurzem eröffnet. -Die Lage auf der ruhigen Insel Koh Yoa Noi bietet eine entspannte Atmosphäre. -Möglichkeit, einen Roller zu mieten, um die Insel flexibel zu erkunden. -Sehr schöne, modern und einladend gestaltete Zimmer. -Wunderschöne Poollandschaft mit Infinity-Pool-Effekt je nach Gezeiten. -Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. -Die Meditation mit einem buddhistischen Mönch war ein einzigartiges und besonderes Erlebnis. -Die Rollervermietung war preislich angemessen und praktisch.

-Das Meer direkt vor dem Hotel ist durch Steine und niedrigen Wasserstand nur schwer zugänglich. -Aufgrund der starken Gezeiten ist das Meer oft einige Meter vom Hotel entfernt. -Für den Preis wären mehr Annehmlichkeiten wünschenswert. -Kein Frühstücksbuffet – stattdessen musste das Frühstück im Voraus gewählt werden. -Da es sich um ein kleines Hotel handelt, gibt es keine weiteren Services auf dem Gelände.
