Die Lage, der Garten und der untere Bereich war perfekt. Der obere Bereich des App war einfach zu warm und es machte sich die fehlende Klima bemerkbar....
Bei unserer Ankunft war der Poolbereich leider noch im Winterschlaf. Nachdem der Pool von mehreren Parteien bzw. Haus- oder Wohnungsbesitzer benützt wird, hat sich eigentlich niemand zuständig gefüllt. Erst nachdem wir dies am Montag der 8.6. bei Fr Chiara mitgeteilt haben, wurden anscheinend alle Nutzer verständigt und wurde der Poolbereich am Freitag 12.6. gereinigt und instand gesetzt. Die kaputten Liegen und Schirme sind im Besitz dritter Personen und nur diese verantwortlich. Man sollte von Booking anmerken, dass es mehrere verschiedene Nutzer und Verantwortlichkeiten gibt. Wir haben uns daher die Liegen in den Garten gestellt und sind immer für kurze Zeit an den Pool gegangen und dann wieder in den Garten.

Casa bellissima e molto grande, dotata dei comfort necessari. Immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità con una stupenda vista sulle colline e San Gimignano.
Data la posizione isolata la strada per raggiungerla è abbastanza impegnativa e con un lungo tratto di sterrato.

It's close to San gimignano
Doesn't really look like the pictures. It's a very old place to stay, bathroom suite is yellow with a shower curtain and dirty grout etc. In need of modernisation
