De fantastische ligging met prachtige 360 graden view! Fijne en grootte appartement. Het mooie zwembad. En hele vriendelijke host! Ook hele mooie zonsondergangen gehad in week dat wij er waren.

The host was cooperative and welcoming, providing us with a good and much needed information for the stay. The location and the entire layout of the house is splendid. The pool, the restaurant, and the laundry works great. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen sufficient for many tasks, having utensils and cuttlery, as well as oven, microwave and a spacious fridge. The living room was great with tiled floor over the entire flat. The A/C worked mostly in many rooms just as they should.

The road to this place is a dirt track that leaves your car very dirty full of dust. We had also rain and fog, so this created a sand coating that did not go away. So, please, pave the road in its entirety, at least from Poggibonsi. The mosquitoes were plenty, which made it impossible to open windows. The A/C fell out through the one entire night, making it an ordeal to sleep. The A/C did not produce nice air flow in the sleeping room on the right side, even with open doors to let the other A/C flow around. As it was noisy, it made my sleep a nightmare. The other sleeping room was OK. There was also lack of electric vents in the bathrooms.
