Absolutely beautiful scenery, and an amazing property to explore with two clean pools and lots of picturesque moments. Staff were lovely and wines were amazing.

No drink/food service at the pool or any way to order food/coffee if the restaurant was at capacity.

The hotel was fantastic and the staff were incredible!We had local wine at the wine bar and enjoyed the very friendly bar staff. The pool and surroundings were picturesque and perfect during the heat wave. HIGHLY recommend this hotel!

Two things that were not ideal but also partly our own fault of lack of organisation which were: 1) There is no taxi service from Poggibonsi (closest town where train stops). I sent an email about transport and the hotel responded with a list of local drivers, which was great but this should could have been provided when booking. 2) We were disappointed that Osteria1126 (the onsite restaurant) was fully booked when were there. It would be good for guests of the hotel to have some priority at the restaueant but we there is another restaurant a short walk from Cinciano.

One of the nicest hotels and areas we’ve ever been to. Firstly, the staff were amazing. The guy in the wine bar made our 2 days. We had a wine tour with him with just us 2 and he went into so much detail, what a great guy. Waitress for lunch and dinner was also very welcoming and looked after us. The location is 10/10. Perfect trip in between our city road trip. Parking was easy, had a laundrette, 2 swimming pools and food was amazing. Relaxation was through the roof. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone.

La struttura gode di una posizione splendida, immersa nel verde con un panorama toscano davvero suggestivo. La piscina è molto bella, ben curata e pulita. Un plauso particolare va al personale del ristorante per la cura e la grande professionalità dimostrata nella gestione delle intolleranze alimentari di mia moglie: un’attenzione non scontata che abbiamo molto apprezzato.

L’esperienza nel complesso è stata deludente e non all'altezza del costo di circa 500 euro a notte. Logistica: L'appartamento aveva scale interne estremamente ripide, strette e scivolose (eccessive per andare in bagno di notte in sicurezza), dettaglio che andava segnalato in fase di prenotazione. Nessuno ci ha aiutato con i bagagli, rendendo l'arrivo faticoso e rischioso. Gestione: La pulizia delle parti comuni è risultata carente (cicche di sigarette nel portacenere rimaste dal lunedì al giovedì). La reception chiude alle 18:00, rendendo difficile ogni supporto. Una mattina abbiamo atteso 20 minuti per fare colazione, pur essendo compresa nel prezzo, perché il personale non ha gestito l’occupazione dei tavoli da parte di chi aveva già finito di consumare. Ristorazione: La gestione operativa è fallimentare. Il ristorante è sempre sold-out per gli ospiti interni e il martedì era inspiegabilmente chiuso in alta stagione, ci siamo dovuti accontentare della pizza, che non è certo ciò che desidero da una terra con ricca tradizione culinaria come la Toscana. L'area esterna è scomoda, con tavoli in pendenza su terreno sconnesso. La cucina è eccessivamente elaborata, lontana dalla tradizione e pensata più per turisti stranieri in cerca di cliché. Inoltre, la chiusura del Wine Bar alle 20:30 rende impossibile ottenere un caffè, un digestivo o persino dell'acqua dopo cena, un limite inaccettabile per una struttura di questo tipo. Accoglienza: Ho trovato poco rispettoso che il personale si rivolgesse spesso a me in inglese, dando per scontato fossi straniero: in Italia, da italiano, desidero essere trattato come tale.
