Located in Barberino Val D'Elsa, "Podere San Bartolo - Fienile" offers an independent section of a converted barn, creating a memorable setting for your stay. This two-story property features a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite TV, dishwasher, and air conditioning. A crib and high chair are available on request.
The farmhouse boasts a furnished outdoor terrace and several shared facilities: a pool (open April 27–October 5), panoramic garden, barbecue, outdoor shower, and restrooms. Pool rules are displayed at the entrance, and a shared laundry area is located next to the pool.
There are 4 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Bachelor parties or similar events are allowed.
