Located in a truly unique setting, Villa Acquapietra was originally the farmhouse of the peasants of the estate “Le Corti dei Principi Corsini”.
Today, this charming Tuscan rustic residence has been transformed into a luxurious country villa, meticulously renovated, with every detail carefully attended to and equipped with all the comforts.
The magnificent garden allows for unforgettable walks without ever leaving the property.
The spacious wooden decked pool overlooks the vineyards and includes a unique wooden solarium where you can enjoy summer days in complete privacy.
Also in the garden, you’ll find a beautiful stone terrace shaded by an exquisite wisteria pergola and, not far away, a barbecue area with four stations for your summer grill parties—the nearby stream and the valley’s configuration even provide an unexpected cooling effect in the evening!
Overlooking the Chianti vineyards, the terrace is perfect for lunches, dinners, or private events, and can accommodate up to 70 guests.
The interior has been designed to offer guests comfort and relaxation.
The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with comfortable beds and air conditioning to ensure a perfect rest even on the hottest summer nights.

The Villa is located in a beautiful setting with a lovely view to the Tuscany hills.
All rooms are clean with simple beds, bathrooms worked well.
I payed an extra fee to have my wedding/event and was expecting better service or response.
Chairs and tables in the outdoor area are terrible rusted and broken, my wedding dress got ruined and deck wood is old and broken in different areas.
The manager was not helpful.
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Villa.

This property is immaculate, host, incredible and the house is situated in the most picturesque Tuscan vineyard. We watched hot air balloons come over the hills and cross the vineyards every morning and relaxed by the pool in the afternoon. This home and it’s view are exactly what one might picture when the word Tuscany is mentioned. Truly a magical stay.

We (11 family members) were excited to stay in this Tuscan villa to celebrate our elderly mother's birthday. The host was very responsive in answering our questions both before and during our stay. The location is convenient to Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Greve, Siena and San Gimignano, all towns to which we took day trips during our 12-day stay. The house is spacious and the views from the villa are indeed beautiful, but the property is quite remote, at the end of long, very bumpy, dirt roads, which made us uncomfortable staying off-property past dusk. The overall upkeep of the property left a lot to be desired. We expected a rustic country estate given the location and description on the website, but the villa and outdoor areas were not well-maintained or well-cleaned before we checked in. We found mold in the two washers' soap dispensers as well as the dishwasher. There were cobwebs in the corners of the house interiors. There was also a big bag of dirty sheets left on the shelf outside the first floor full bath. We wished there was better lighting in the common areas, especially in the dining room. Given the price we paid for the villa, we expected a better maintained house and property.
