The Villa is located near Chiesanuova, a small village in Chianti Classico set on a rolling hill between vineyards and olive trees. Its location, in the heart of the world famous Tuscan countryside just 14 km from the enchanting Renaissance city of Florence, allows you to experience the best of Italy.
The Villa dates back to the 16th century and is complete with two elegantly decorated floors dominated by a beautiful panoramic tower. All rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the stunning garden surrounding the Villa, and include an elegantly decorated lounge, TV and pool table, dining room and a spacious and fully renovated kitchen, equipped with all modern amenities including: oven, microwave, freezer, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and cookware. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a bathroom on the ground floor, the entire Villa is AIR CONDITIONING.
On the second floor there are 8 large bedrooms, each complete with a private bathroom recently renovated in 2016.

No problem we can put at your disposal the extra 9th bedroom (with a little extra cost).

The tower can be accessed by climbing a flight of stairs, and once at the top you can enjoy a stunning 360-degree view of the surrounding countryside.

I don’t even know where to begin. From the moment we stepped foot in the villa we were made to feel like family by our hosts Beatrice and Jacopo. From the day we booked our stay at the villa, they went above and beyond to help us with scheduling tours, transportation, meals, and even a rental car. They even offer to cook a welcome dinner, family style meals, a Florentine Steak BBQ, daily breakfast, and a cooking class, all of which we selected. The food was incredible. It was so nice to be able to have a breakfast, go out and explore Italy during the day, and return home to a restaurant level meal, hot and ready. The building itself is beautiful, and perfectly maintained by Beatrice and Jacopo. They were always there to help with anything we needed. I cannot say enough good things. If you are considering to book a stay here, just do it. You will not regret it. We cannot wait to return!!

This villa is exactly as pictured! There is ample space inside and a great property for relaxing outside. Bea and Jacopo were easy to work with and prompt with communication and requests prior to arrival. Our party of 15 decided to have breakfasts and most dinners cooked by them and the food was delicious. The cooking class was fun and great to have it on site.The location was within an hour's drive of many towns and villages and there is a great olive oil farm next door for tours and tastings. We would go back again!!

We had such a wonderful stay here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hosts were absolutely amazing, so warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely people who made us feel at home right away.The dinner they provided was a highlight of our trip, truly phenomenal. It felt like a special, authentic experience and was easily one of the best meals we had.The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and well cared for, and check-in was seamless and easy. Everything just worked exactly as you’d hope.Overall, a fantastic stay!

Incredible experience. Of course, the house and property were gorgeous. The views were better than the pictures. What really made our week stay at the villa the most special was the service. Jacopa and Beatrice made us the most delicious welcome meal upon our arrival. Throughout the week they were available to answer any question and give direction on activities. We had a birthday to celebrate - and they arranged for a special birthday cake from a bakery to be made and delivered to the villa. Would love to come back someday! Thank you for the best week in Tuscany.
