A beautiful well equipped traditional villa perfectly situated in the Tuscan countryside midway between Poggibonsi and San Gimignano. The villa was perfect for our group of 8 but could easily accommodate 12 guests. All facilities were excellent and the pool a blessing during the summer heat. The assistance and advice provided by Laura prior to our visit was greatly appreciated as was the kindness of Simon and his delightful family during our stay. We look forward to returning again.

The perfect location! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms with air conditioning- which we needed this week! Pool was beautiful and clean. Coffee on the terrace every morning overlooking San Gimignano was the best view of our trip. Owners and caretakers of the property were wonderful and accommodating, and very helpful with information on the area. Would stay again!

Beautiful and well maintained property with lots of old character and space for our family group of 12.
The gardens, pool, terraces and views were amazing.
Italian public liability insurance and/or property type rules & regulations do not allow any visitors, only the people registered can be present on the property.

La casa è bellissima con grande giardino, piscina e una vista spettacolare su San Gimignano. Eravamo un gruppo di 7 persone e la villa era molto confortevole. La proprietà è ben attrezzata e molto pulita. Simon e la sua famiglia sono molto disponibili. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
