About this villa rental
VILLA Cafaggiola offers a unique view of the surrounding valley typical of the Sienese hills (olive trees and vines), and is located a short distance from the town of San Gimignano famous for its medieval towers.
The villa has been completely restored by an old barn and were used original materials for its restructuring cooked for the floors and exposed beams on the ceilings.
It 'a great place x to spend a quiet holiday with all the various excursions being a little away from major cities such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Lucca.
The villa (130 METERS) is situated on two levels and arrendamenti are typical with some antique pieces.
Ground floor: kitchen open dining room with a sitting area, a bedroom with two beds, a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs: two bedrooms, a bathroom with tub.
The grounds are private and equipped x complete relaxation.

Der Gastgeber Pierluigi hat uns herzlichst empfangen und das Haus gezeigt (vielen Dank für alles!).
Das Haus war sauber und aufgeräumt. Einzig eine Spülmaschine hat gefehlt, sonst war alles da, was man zum Leben braucht. Der Garten und der Pool sind auch sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist größer, als er auf den Bildern aussieht. Das Grundstück lädt zum entspannen ein. Achtung: Die letzten 500m zum Haus sind Schotterstraßen und wären mit einem tiefen Fahrzeug schwer zugänglich.
Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig (Weinreben und Olivenbäume), außer jemand arbeitet, aber das hat nicht gestört.
Ein Supermarkt, ein Tante-Emma-Laden und eine Bäckerei sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar (in San Gimignano). In der Umgebung gibt es viele Weingute und Olivenölfabriken.
Was einem bewusst sein sollte ist, dass das Ferienhaus eher für einen Entspannungsurlaub mit der Familie oder Freunden geeignet ist.
Fazit: Ein sauberes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in einer idyllischen Umgebung in der Toskana. Wir sind absolut zufrieden mit allem!

Par contre 2 idées pour le propriétaire un lave vaisselle serait le bienvenu et un changement d’ustensiles de cuisine.
Sinon endroit très agréable à refaire
