People at Berchielli hotel were nice and helpful. Donatello appartment is +/- 5 min. walking distance. It is a great location with a broad view to Piazza Signoria.

Sehr sympathisches Personal im dazugehörigen Hotel. Der Ausblick auf den Palazzo Vecchio ist fantastisch. Sehr gutes Frühstück in wenigen Gehminuten. Kochutensilien und Geschirr vorhanden und in super Zustand.
Fenster sind sehr hellhörig auf den Piazza della Signoria. Kein Öl/ Gewürze in der Ferienwohnung.

The location was excellent and spacious room's.
The sofa bed was terrible it was so uncomfortable I had trouble sleeping on it. There was no kettle or tea/coffee provisions. Finally, when we asked for it, they provided one for us.
