Excellent service, beautiful hotel, good food and they even allow you to feed the ducks there. My parents who are over 80 like it a lot!

Très jolie chambre zen avec bain onsen privé Repas très copieux (un peu trop) Calme Flexibilité et aide du staff pour nous trouver une voiture avec chauffeur pour nos déplacements sur place

Onsen was nice
Food was terrible. Staff also not well-attired. They really cut down on ingredients in the food and staff clothes
