It was filthy even after being cleaned lots of things were broken but it was comfortable and nice looking

The beds were very comfortable

It was filthy dirty even though the cleaner came back it still wasn't clean the one showerhead broke and the other showerhead was pouring water on the ceiling which had been so frequent it had stripped the paint. Lots of things were damaged and dirty and it was very tatty. It seriously needssome attention to detail even though we did speak with the people nothing really got done. It was a really poor show and the it's first time I've had such a nightmare with Booking.com as a regular customer for years. I was also sent links to websites for me to put all of my personal details in which was not acceptable and time-consuming for both of us as we were there on business. I would love to add more photos if I could because I have around 15 or more. I was offered to be reimbursed for the cleaning but after the shower incidences I have now requested a full refund but unfortunately trying to get anywhere with Booking.com on the phone and AI is a joke and everyone is quick to take your money but not to sort things out when there's a problem. I was paying €200 a night and if I could have had my money back I would have moved to a hotel.

Great 2 BR near the sea

The host had good communication with us before our stay and check in was easy. They even let us check in early which was a big help. The covered balcony is exceptional and has a great view of both the sea and the mountain. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Everything was provided, even detergent and paper towels! It was a very short walk to the beach. We liked the quiet atmosphere and would definitely stay here again.

The sink in one of the bathrooms wasn't working. The floors weren't quite as clean as we expected, but that might be attributed to our early check in. In that case, we were much happier to get to check in early!

Very good place near the bitch and view to the sea from the terrace. Owner met us a bit later 19:00, but didn't took additional payment. In apartments you can find any equipment for washing or cooking. Apartment in the quite silent place of Fuengirola, so it's very comfortable for family with children. Anyway, our staying was very-very good! Thank you.

A bit sand on the floor... But as I understood later - sand goes with us from the beach and even I tried wash floor - I didn't saw fully clear floor. So, this is not as a big minus, just a reminder for other travelers, who's expected absolute clean and sterile apartment near the sea and beach.

Lovely spacious apartment, very near to the Paseo

The accommodation was very spacious and had all the facilities to make it feel comfortable and homely. There was a dishwasher, washer, microwave, two bathroom, heating or air conditioning, loads of seating, free wifi, tv, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The area is quiet but easy to walk to Los Boliches if you want a busier place. Fuengirola is a short bus ride away for only 1.15 euro. Very close to the Paseo and a lovely walk to Carvajal. I liked the nature reserve beach at that end too. Eduardos bar just behind the block is a good place for a night cap or meeting place if you all go out separately. Two supermarkets nearby.

Waren froh wieder weg zu sein

Erste Kontaktperson war per Whatsapp gut und auskunftsfreudig erreichbar. Schlüsselübergabe durch 2. Kontaktperson hat terminlich gut geklappt (auch wenn diese Person kein Deutsch und kaum Englisch sprechen konnte),. Parken hat gut geklappt. Klimaanlagen funktionierten gut. Strand war einigermaßen in der Nähe (wenn auch als "am Strand" falsch ist). Prozess zum Ein-/Auschecken online gut machbar. Auschecken easy, da nur Tür hinter sich zumachen.

Ausstattung (in die Jahre gekommener IKEA Stil) ist schön geredet bzw. teilweise falsch bzw. genannte Ausstattungsmerkmale fehlten! - Fehlende Sauberkeit: Haare in Bad und auf Böden und offensichtlich nicht gereinigte Oberflächen. - Abgewohnt: Vermoderte Bodeleisten / Ecken - auch in Dusche. Klapprige und vermackte und abgehalfterte Möbel. - Lampen in der Wohnung ohne passende Steckdose in der Nähe - Wasser in Bädern läuft sehr langsam ab, so dass man beim Duschen schnell in einer Brühe des Bodeneinlaufes steht. - Nicht "am Strand": zum Strand musste man 2 Straßen überqueren und 1 Häusserreihe - Kaffeemaschine ist ein ital. "Kaffeebrüher" (für bis zu 6 Personen!?) - Kaffeezubehör fehlte, Teezubehör waren lose / offene Beutel - "Wein/Sekt" fehlte - Kostenlose Pflegeprodukte: nur 1 - Streamingdienste: Netflix funktionierte nicht... (bei dem TV nicht verwunderlich) - Fliesen, aber kein Marmorboden - Essbereich im Freien: ist ein enger Balkon mit Einfensterung (und Rollos innen) - Gartenmöbel: auf dem Balkon (!) - was soll das suggerieren? - Keine Terrasse, Sonnenschirm (die Rollos?) - Doppelbett sehr schmal - Beim Verlassen mit Auto muss man erst mit dem Schlüssel das Hoftor öffnen und raus fahren, bevor man den Schlüssel in der Wohnung zurücklassen kann. - Im Treppenhaus roch es heftig nach Maschine/Fett - vermutlich aus den Aufzügen (nicht aber in der Wohnung!). Basics wie Kaffee, Tee, Salz, Pfeffer usw. fehlten. Nach dem Auschecken wurden wir gebeten bei Gefallen die "Höchstpunktzahl" zu vergeben - No way.

Estancia de 10 en el apartamento, está a 1 minuto del paseo marítimo, estaba impecable y suficientemente grande para una estancia de una familia, tiene de todo. Con 2 baño que hace muy agradable la estancia

Fuengirola en familia

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, cerca de la playa, así como la tranquilidad de la zona y que tuviese plaza de parking. El apartamento es muy cómodo y la comunicación con Rafael, el anfitrión, muy fluida. Hubo un problema con el frigorífico del que se nos advirtió al llegar y como no se arreglaba compraron otro y nos lo instalaron en menos de 48h.

Nos gustó todo, quizás echamos de menos una persiana o cortinas en la puerta del tendedero para evitar el sol de la mañana, por señalar algo.
