I had to work a little while on vacation, and those were my most wonderful working days, with a sea view.

A very cozy and clean apartment, small, but everything you need is there. I was pleased with the kitchen and the stove;) . There are plenty of plates, pots, glasses, spoons, forks etc. You can come and live like at home. Another great thing about this apartment is that there is a padel court right below the house. The view from the window and balcony is stunning. And a special thank for the staff.. for your willingness to help, for your quick responses to messages and assistance with parking.. Thank you so much!

We weren't exactly lucky with the weather. It was very windy outside, and on the 15th floor, the wind whistled loudly at night. But that's more a question of nature than of the apartment.

A marvellous location for travelling around and plenty of shops too!

The view was lovely. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The neighbours were quiet. The provision of an air conditioning unit in both the lounge and bedroom was so welcoming, given the unusually cold weather. ☀️☯️

RUDE OWNER - PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY

Only the location is good.

The car parking system of the apartment building is difficult to access. After a long drive, it took over 30 minutes just to enter the parking area. The entry shutter opens only for a few seconds, making it challenging for new guests. However, support was provided immediately when contacted, which helped to enter the apartment parking area. Additionally, basic supplies were limited; the toilet paper provided was nearly finished, and no extra rolls were available. The AC / heating system was noisy and did not function properly; the heating function did not work at all, making the nights uncomfortable. UPDATE AFTER POSTING REVIEW (Following Complaint to Booking.com): Communication with the property owner started via WhatsApp upon my arrival, related to an issue with parking access. After my check-out, the owner requested (via WhatsApp) a 10/10 rating on Booking.com. After I submitted my honest feedback regarding my stay on Booking.com review, the owner sent disappearing WhatsApp messages containing offensive and abusive comments in response to my review and later deleted the chat history on WhatsApp. Such behaviour toward guests is unacceptable. The owner demonstrated rude conduct and a lack of basic communication standards, which is especially concerning in the hospitality industry, where respect for guests from different countries and cultures is essential. Based on this experience, I strongly advise other travelers not to book this apartment. The stay does not represent value for money.

High spec ultra modern

Modern, clean, comfortable. Kitchen is beautiful. Fabulous shower. Comfy bed I just cannot fault anything. High standard throughout. Fantastic sea view. Los boliches train stop 5 mins walk away. Shops bars restaurants all on the door step. You take your sunchairs to the pool so no sunbed wars. Never more than 10 people by the pool. Will definitely be back. We have stayed in Ronda 3 many times and this is by far the nicest apartment we have stayed in.

Nice apartment - good view

The apartment is bright, clean and well set up and the location is excellent.

There is a very bad odour in the bathroom which is diffused with air fresheners when you first arrive and becomes worse during your stay. Apparently it is a building issue which is under review but it is unpleasant and affected our time there. If it wasn’t for the odour I would have given a 9.

Gutted we didn’t get to stay but had to pay!

I can only rate this property from the photographs as sadly we had to cancel our trip as my partner took unwell was advised by the hospital not to travel .

Unfortunately we were just outwith the free cancellation time and as such had to pay the entire cost which I felt was very harsh! I did ask if we could postpone the booking to another time but again we were given a categorical No! I am sure that the Martimo management company would have got this beautiful apartment re booked but they are simply money orientated and are not interested in providing any service to their customers.

Great venue but too many problems that went unresolved so wouldn’t recommend this property. feel like we should be due

modern flat. looked recently renovated. great balcony view of the sea.

there was a leak in the air conditioning in the living room which consequently flooded the floor and the carpet in the living room. so we couldn’t use that room. also, couldn’t find a TV remote so couldn’t watch TV. the number for the management connected us with someone who couldn’t help us with any issue we had. also, the gate fob for the parking didn’t work so we were forced to find a parking place on the street.

Mooi appartement geschikt voor twee personen met uitstekende ligging aan zee. De eigenaar Alvaro doet zijn uiterste best om je te helpen bij problemen. De foto's tonen zoals het appartement echt is. De bijhorende parking is een grote troef. Niet twijfelen als je baar Fuengirola gaat. Een aanrader. !

De lujo este hermoso apartamento súper céntrico.

Nos encantó el apartamento, para repetir siempre, 1000/10 , cómodo y muy bonito, te sientes como en casa, el anfitrión cuida de cada detalle, decorado con un gusto excelente, vistas espectaculares, la cama súper cómoda hace que descanses muy bien. El baño además de bonito también muy cómodo y puedes tomar una ducha maravillosa. La cocina está muy bien equipada. El parking está justo debajo del edificio y tienes acceso muy fácil al mismo. El edificio tiene tres ascensores, por lo que lo hace también muy cómodo. Justo debajo tienes el paseo marítimo todo muy céntrico, con muchas opciones de restaurantes, playas, bares y mucha vida nocturna también. En fin este apartamento en Fuengirola es mi favorito.

Dobra lokalizacja - budynek tuż przy plaży i promenadzie. W budynku boisko do padla. Parking za szlabanem. Blisko autem, a nawet pieszo do Mercadony. Obiekt urządzony bardzo podstawowo, czego nie było widać na zdjęciach, ale wszystko było w porządku. Standard podstawowy, ale przyjemnie. Dobry kontakt z Zarządcą.

Brakowało drobnostek jak wieszak na kurtki, wieszak na ręcznik w pokoju. Mieliśmy drobne uwagi co do czystości ale udało się bez problemu to rozwiązać z gospodarzem. Nie mogę powiedzieć nic złego ;)

Meille sopiva huoneisto, näkymä merelle ja vuorille, paseon varrella, Mercadona kätevän matkan päässä, rauhallista. Viivyimme kuukauden ja valmistimme muutaman ateriankin, aamiaisten lisäksi. Pyykit kuivuivat hienosti parvekkeella.

Geweldig uitzicht en een heerlijk appartement.

Alles! Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement was super!!! Een groot deel van de dag heb je zon op het balkon. Het appartement was schoon, ruim genoeg, had een heerlijke douche. De ramen konden dicht met rolluilen waardoor je in de slaapkamer geen lichtinval had en dus heerlijk kan slapen! De locatie was top; alles was in de buurt. Direct aan de boulevard en aan zee. Een eigen parkeerterrein was ideaal was!

Saubere kleinen Ferienwohnung mit ausgezeichneten Blick

Der gesamte Ablauf von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe der Schlüssel hat einwandfrei geklappt. Das Apartment war sauber vorbereitet. Es braucht gut. So stellt man sich das vor. Dazu waren wir im zwölften Stock mit hervorragenden Blick auf den Strand und der Abendsonne immer wieder gern auf dem Balkon. Weil wir eine Waschmaschine vor Ort hatten, haben wir unsere Sachen direkt gewaschen und innerhalb von wenigen Minuten waren diese Sachen trocken.

Es fehlt paar Kleinigkeiten, die aber nicht ins Gewicht gefallen sind. Schön wäre es, wenn eine Spülmaschine vor Ort wäre. Und ein oder zwei Schafe normale Messer

Det var en super lejlighed, pæn og velfungerende og rigtig god beliggenhed. Skøn altan, godt udstyret køkken. Gode senge.

Dørkoden virkede ikke - eller vi kunne ikke finde ud af det da vi kom. Andre lukkede os ind og nøgleboksen fungerede fint. Det ville være godt med to nøglesæt, når vi er to. Solskærmen/markisen kunne ikke sidde fast nogen steder og kunne derfor ikke bruges når det blæste lidt.

La orientación es espectacular, con una terraza amplia, disfrutamos de los desayunos y cenas. El menaje nuevo, cocinar fue muy cómodo, el descanso, como en casa, camas comodisimas. Destacar la amabilidad y la predisposición del anfitrión, muy cercano y agradable. Totalmente recomendable.
