Huge and very nice apartment with stunning panoramic view and perfect location

Apartment relies solely on its location while neglecting essential comfort and maintenance.

Loved the location, Beach front, private parking, easy access to local restaurants, easy to find and building entrance was accessible and clean.

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was very disappointing. The washing machine did not clean clothes properly. More concerning were the ongoing electrical issues: the power repeatedly tripped, requiring us to reset the fuse box several times, including during the night. this affected the heating that kept shutting off, leaving the apartment extremely cold. This was particularly problematic as we were traveling with children, the apartment is on the 11th floor, and cold wind and rain were coming in. Rainwater consistently leaked through the balcony doors. We had to clean up water repeatedly and place towels around the doors to prevent further damage. The kitchen is in need of upgrades. The extractor fan does not vent outside, basic utensils were missing, and there is no oven, which makes the apartment impractical for a family stay. The bathrooms were poorly designed. One toilet is positioned awkwardly in a corner, partially blocked by an oversized sink, making it uncomfortable to use. The en-suite bathroom has no ventilation, so the entire room had to be aired after use. The beds were also very uncomfortable. Given the apartment’s location and price point, we expected a better standard of basic amenities. Instead, it feels as though the property relies solely on its location while neglecting essential comfort and maintenance. We reported the issues with the washing machine, water leakage, and electricity to the property manager. Unfortunately, no technician was sent. Instead, we received superficial suggestions, which gave the impression that our concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed.

Just perfect few days away in a beautiful apartment.

Facilities and location were perfect. Beautiful views. Comfortable apartment. Excellent communication for remote check in. Absolutely wonderful apartment and would not hesitate to book again.

Sofa dips but we spent most of our time on the balcony so didn’t affect us. No oven-again didn’t affect us as we had tapas type meals or ate out.

The whole experience was fantastic , from Alex the hosts perfect communication both prior and during the stay to the apartment itself which was spacious , clean and had everything you need for a perfect holiday . The location is perfect situated around bars shops and restaurants.

Everything had to be removed, eg we threw out all food and drinks, unopened, which seemed such a waste. Perhaps more towels and toilet rolls- especially if you are staying in the apartment longer than we did.

The building itself is having remedial work done to the exterior (Oct ´24). TV needs updating as the picture quality is not great. A few more decorative "details" throughout the apartment would be nice. Furniture on the terrace good be better.

Very enjoyable stay .

This apartment is in an excellent position . Alex (Owner) was extremely helpful. We had an issue with our flight being cancelled and Alex allowed us to stay an extra night which was extremely kind of him . I would and will recommend this accommodation to friends . Many thanks Alex ,we had a great time .

Patio doors did not fit properly and we had a storm where water came into the lounge and one of the bedrooms. There was no hot water from the washbasin in the en-suite bedroom. Only 4 wine glasses for an apartment for 8 people

Alex was so helpful, a true gentleman. He went and got us tea bags milk sugar . I left my phone in the taxi coming from the airport Alex located it for me and then went and collected it dropped it to me at the apartment .. I am so thankful to him.... the sea view from the apartment is spectacular its 5 minutes walk to the train station, reastruants and shops ....I will be back and I highly recommend the pent house .....

Girls break away

The locality of the property was ideal. I was with friends for a 5 day break. Restaurants round about were fab staff and food in Hutchys bar and staff brilliant and so nice, with lovely cocktails. We were so happy with apartment and location we have booked for September 2022. Thanks

Beach front penthouse apartment

The apartment was in an excellent location. The views were immense. It was a very clean, tidy and comfortable apartment. The communication from the owner was fabulous. We asked about the possibility of not leaving until a lot later in the day than we were meant to. She agreed straight away. I would definitely recommend this property.

De locatie is prima.

Onze ervaring met dit appartement was ronduit teleurstellend. Bij aankomst bleek vrijwel alles tegen te vallen. De bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit, het meubilair was verouderd en deels beschadigd. Douchen met zes personen was nauwelijks mogelijk, aangezien de boiler niet voldoende capaciteit heeft om iedereen van warm water te voorzien. De ramen in de grootste slaapkamer sloten niet goed, en de rolluiken ervoor maakten bij een beetje wind zoveel lawaai dat slapen bijna onmogelijk was. Ook waren de roosters van de airco zichtbaar vies. Het koffiezetapparaat functioneerde slecht: een pot koffie zetten duurde meer dan 40 minuten. Daarnaast was al het keukengerei en de pannen vies en smoezelig bij aankomst. De grootste badkamer was zeer onhandig ingericht, met een toilet dat klem stond tussen een bidet en een wastafel – wat nauwelijks ruimte overliet. Ook de keuken was beneden peil, en het zonnescherm was kapot. Kortom: nagenoeg alles aan dit appartement viel tegen. Alleen de ligging was positief, en dat is dan ook het enige aspect dat een hoger cijfer rechtvaardigt. Naar onze mening verdient dit appartement geen hoge waardering, maar eerder een 5,5 – puur dankzij de locatie. Gezien de geboden kwaliteit is de prijs bovendien buiten proportie. Voor ons was dit eens maar nooit weer.

Lidt slidt - savner lidt vedligeholdelse og en grundig rengøring, i skabe og bag sofa. Rimelig velassorterede køkken.

Hårda sängar utan bäddmadrass, inga filtar eller täcken. Poolen var kall i slutet av juni och öppnade först kl 11.30 på dagarna. Det blåste ofta kallt från havet på balkongen i juni.
