Located in a quiet residential area, with easy street parking and surrounded by nature, this house is perfect for family getaways or gatherings with friends.

The heart of the home is its bright and spacious living room, offering space for everyone: a large table for 10 guests, a cozy sofa facing the TV, and an open-plan kitchen that invites conversations while cooking.

The garden is a green dream, with natural grass and a large swimming pool — a corner where afternoons melt away between the sun and the mountain breeze.

The house has two floors and four bedrooms. On the ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and garden views. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and a fully equipped laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and iron.

Upstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms: one with two double beds and another with a double and a single bed. For those looking to balance rest and work, there are two desks — one in the hallway and another inside one of the bedrooms.

The views are a constant delight: mountains on the horizon and the whitewashed charm of Mijas Pueblo like a daily postcard.

At Lyx Homes - Malaga, we pride ourselves in offering a personalized and secure check-in experience for our guests. We do not use lockers for check-in, as we work exclusively with private homes. It is essential for us to verify that the person who checks in is the same person who made the reservation, which allows us to maintain the privacy and exclusivity of our properties and guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay.

For an efficient check-in, we kindly ask you to arrive within the designated hours: from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. If you are unable to arrive during these hours, we offer late check-in for an additional fee, which covers the costs of having a member of our staff available outside of office hours.

Please note that the late check-in fee varies according to the time of arrival and is independent of the rental rates. We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a late check-in and avoid complications.

**BABY CRIB/CHILD SEAT

We understand that traveling with small children can be a challenge. That is why we offer the option of renting a crib and/or baby seat during your stay. Our houses do not come equipped with these items, but we can provide them for an additional cost. For pricing and availability, please contact us.

The availability of cribs and high chairs may be limited, so we recommend booking in advance.
