Sea view stays at the sun coast of Malaga

Modern comfortable and functional. We loved that we could easily walk everywhere and the train station to the airport is within walking range. We also loved the sea view. The infinity pool and gym were also great. Very clean and well managed complex.

Wifi quality could be improved. More hooks in the bathroom for clothes, relaxing couch in the balcony could be useful. There are still works infront of the building and can be dusty and noisy at times.

Fantastic

The apartment is brand new. The view from the terrace is fantastic, and the terrace itself is very spacious. The rooms are stylish and clean. There are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The kitchen is fully functional. We really enjoyed the pool area, and also used the sauna and gym in the spa center — everything was available for guests to use. The parking is very convenient and spacious as well. The host was extremely helpful. Even though we made the reservation on Booking only half an hour before arrival, he still managed to meet us and let us in. Thank you for that! 😊

Nieuw gebouw met alles wat je nodig hebt inclusief wasmachine. Zeer schoon

Het bed is zeer hard en de wind is erg luid, waardoor je er wakker van kunt worden. Op een moment hadden we geen licht meer en de host was moeilijk bereikbaar om dit op te lossen. Daarnaast probeer ik al 3 weken een factuur te krijgen, maar de host reageert niet meer. De host reageert snel vóór verhuur, traag tijdens het verblijf en helemaal niet meer na afloop.

Locatie is prima! Vrij nieuw appartement. Volledig zeezicht.

Bij dit appartement gaat de communicatie met de host via whatsapp. In eerste instantie telefonisch niet te bereiken. Host heb ik niet gezien ook niet bij uitchecken. Het appartement is erg basic uitgevoerd qua voorzieningen. Er is nauwelijks keukengerei in de woning, er zijn nergens haakjes te vinden om iets op te hangen, bijvoorbeeld je jas of een handdoek. Er waren geen keukenhanddoeken aanwezig. De bedden zijn matig met alleen een hoeslaken over een kale matras (niet zo fris) en flutkussen. De verlichting in het appartement is fel en niet te dimmen anders dan de lampen uit te laten. Er zijn geen gordijnen in de woonkamer; dus in de avond zit je in een zwart gat te kijken. Erg ongezellig allemaal. Bovendien is er geen eettafel in het huis, wel op het terras buiten maar in januari is dat niet zo fijn.... Aan het kookeiland staan 4 krukken. Daar kun je alleen niet aan zitten omdat deze veel te hoog zijn. Met iets meer zorg van de eigenaar is er best iets leuks van te maken maar ik vrees dat dit appartement alleen voor de verhuur is bedoeld.

Las vistas y la calidad del apartamento son espectaculares. El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de facilidades y servicios básicos, de buena calidad y todo muy cuidado. El aparcamiento es fácil y la ubicación/urbanización perfecta para encontrar tranquilidad (muy cómoda en coche). El acceso al apartamento también es fácil y el anfitrión atento y amable. Fácil acceso a la parada de tren de Carvajal.
