Superb Location Beachfront , 3 bed with terrace

Let’s start at the beginning. The booking was seamless and passport info emailed for speedy access to property once we arrived. We had great comms prior to coming to Spain and once landed immediate comms to advise the property was ready. Getting into the building, on the main road was easy. Taxi could park outside. Or if agile the train from airport to Cavajal and down the steps can be utilised. It is very steep so with cases maybe a pain (we got a taxi) Video sent to enter property, but 2 intercoms used to get into the building and a key code to get into the appt. All straight forward Once in, keys were there ,and also key code could still be used to enter. So inside the property. It was Fantastic, front line apartment. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and plenty of space for 3 of us. Check the images on the advertising they are spot on. I would totally recommend this area. Quiet, more upmarket than the main resorts just down the coast. Great beaches quiet and some lovely Fish restaurants. Great balcony to sit on, drink eat and sun is there till around 2-3pm in May – enough utensils, fridge, washer, dishwasher etc. to look after yourself, if you fancied cooking !! We went to the Fish restaurants across from the accommodation brilliant food. There are 2 shops, but use the one on the front facing the Fish restaurant as a million times cheaper than the one on the main road where you leave the building. The walk from Cavajal to Fuengirola takes around 45-50 mins easy flat walk and plenty of places on the way to eat and drink. Much preferred the area in Fuengirola old town to eat as so much choice Ubers are fine cheap for the way back. Weirdly going out in the evening they were expensive unsure why but use the train, just up from the entrance to the building. Cheap and go either to Fuengirola or Malaga and all stops in between. Very cheap used it quite a bit. Finally, 100% I would return and the after care service from the company at Sunshine Homes was brilliant,

Hieno sijainti rannalla. Oikein mukava ja tilava huoneisto, kuvat eivät valehtele. Ruokakauppa vieressä.

Muutama patja kaipaisi päivitystä. Parvekkeella voisi olla jonkinlaista lisävarjoa, jopa marraskuussa oli välillä kuumaa.

A clean inviting space, beautifully furnished and comfortable with plenty of storage. The balcony was a great space to sit in and the view perfect and we lacked nothing

Pool and garden area was unattractive however we did not want to use this space/facility anyway so not a negative for us
