Excelente ubicación, necesaria remodelación

La ubicación es muy buena, excelente, a escasos dos minutos andando de la playa y del paseo marítimo. Muy cerca del centro y de infinidad de bares y locales donde comer. Ángela fue un encanto, nos atendió estupendamente y resolvió todas nuestras dudas Tiene muy cerca varios parking que están a muy buen precio, ya que en la zona es complicado aparcar.

Piso en mal estado de conservación, muy dejado. Es un tercero sin ascensor, escaleras muy estrechas. En mi opinión el horario de check in es algo tarde, a partir de las 16h y el de check out o salida muy temprano, a las 10h, cosa que una familia como la nuestra de 7 personas y un bebé.....se hace casi imposible estar preparados y listos para salir a esa hora, y encima con un baño.....a no ser que se madrugue. No tiene microondas 😵 Justo enfrente de la habitación de matrimonio hay una terraza de copas, en la que ponen música bastante alta y bien entrada en la noche, a parte, el jaleo que forman los usuarios de esta terraza, haciendo imposible dormir con la ventana abierta.
