Worth the money

Went in December, so the apartment was chilly and the only heating source was AC, which would kill the breakers (electricity went off) if turned on at the same time as the water heating boiler. Cold in the bedrooms. Bathroom doors had toothpaste on them and other visible signs of not being cleaned properly. We like to cook ourselves, so cooking was hard with scratched pans and not a single drop of oil in the apartment. Also there was a washing machine but no laundry detergent, which doesn't make sense to buy a new bottle for a single laundry load.

Satisfactory, but with a couple of problems which may upset guests.

The property was comfortable and in a convenient location.

We had a couple of problems with this property. Entry is via an App using Bluetooth on a mobile phone. Only one mobile phone can be used. There is a separate code for the door on the street and another for the door to the apartment. Every day we stayed, one or other of the doors did not work. This was particularly unnerving when we arrived home at about 1 am on one of the days. I messaged the host via WhatsApp and got a quick response, but the fact that this happened every day was very unnerving. The second problem with the property is that none of the doors shut. Some people may be uncomfortable using the toilet and having to leave the door open.

BAD EXPERIENCE. VERY ANNOYING

The apartment was clean and look the same as in the pictures. It was quite big.

This was a very bad experience for us. All the check in process took us hours. After having our reservation confirmed, we were ask to give a deposit to be able to get the check in infos. It was hard to get our money back (deposit) even respecting all the house rules. Way too many hours passed on the check-in and check-out process for one night sleep over.

Franchement j’étais tellement déçu de l’appartement sur que j’ai vu beaucoup de commentaires positifs; * il faisait froid les couchettes ne sont pas assez ni propres. * aucun tapis sur le sol. * Les coupures répétitives du courant électrique. * Les mauvaises odeurs. * Le mobilier est nul. * Les serviettes ne peuvent servir même pas comme tapis de porte. * la douche séparée d’une bâche. * les toilettes collent au mur ….. * l’équipement de la cuisine et défectueux on dirait une prison des cartels. Au final c’est une expérience à ne pas méditer

No había agua por la noche, no nos hemos podido duchar por la noche, ni siquiera entrar al baño, ni la cadena tenía agua. Y por la mañana no había electricidad.

De lo que viene siendo el alojamiento absolutamente nada.. La persona que nos atendió si, muy, muy amable, nos aceptó llegar mas tarde de la última hora de check in y fue muy atenta.

Nada en absoluto

Una experiencia muy negativa. El apartamento estaba en muy malas condiciones: la limpieza era inexistente (el microondas estaba realmente sucio y no se podía usar) y el estado general no correspondía con lo anunciado. La ubicación tampoco resultó práctica. Ante esta situación tuvimos que cancelar la reserva solicitando la devolución del dinero, pero hasta la fecha no hemos recibido nada. No lo recomendaría en absoluto.

J ai pas apprécié le responsable ainsi le comportement lors de la mise des clefs personne ne m’a pas appelé personne n a repondu a mon e-mail Trois heures je cherche l appartement la chaleur insupportable heureusement vers la fin j ai pu demander a un homme de m aider il m’a proposé de rentrer chez lui jusqu’à trouver une solution avec le propriétaire ainsi le qyartier est très populaire . Pas de climatisation dans les chambres le prix trop chère par rapport à la qualité de l appartement et le personnel que j ai pas vu . Je déconseille cet appartement pour les gens Ce que j ai dit c est la réalité malheureusement il faut éviter de postuler chez booking ce genre d arnaque Autre chose il y avait des coupures d électricité A chaque fois

Es una estafa, nos encontramos con que no teníamos frigorífico, porque no funcionaba. Se lo comunicamos y nos dicen que vendrá un técnico, viene y no es capaz de arreglarlo y ahora quieren que le abonemos 300€ por el frigorífico, cuando ni lo tocamos. De vergüenza.

Todo bien, el piso limpio, las camas cómodas aunque el sofá algo pequeño. No hubo ningún problema de acceso, teniendo en cuenta que usas una aplicación que te instalas a la que te envían los códigos de acceso. Un detalle a tener en cuenta para quienes no tengan espacio en sus dispositivos.
