Higueron Rental Beach Club Suites - Managed by Higuerón Resort

Finding it difficult to understand why a hotel chain as big as higueron cannot organise a person to meet guests at the suite on the beach to gane access instead of having to stop off at main hotel to check in,it's very inconvenient especially if your travelling by taxi

The apartment is simply excellent. So nice with the stunning view to the beach.

Check in at 4pm.

Amazing views. Great communication very helpful and booked to come again.

Nothing

The property is well located for the beach and there are some lovely restaurants within easy walking distance. We booked it for the hot tub but unfortunately the temperature controls were not working. Could not go in a cold tub in the Evening .

The neighbours were very noisy and inconsiderate. We booked it because the beach club has a no child policy under 16. We didn’t realise the adjacent apartments were accommodating a young family. From smoking cannabis, leaving half eaten food outside our door and children screaming the 3 days were not enjoyable. Had to make a taxi ride to the main hotel to complain. There were issues with the hot tub and the interior of the property from holes in the windowsill to chips in the bathroom sink. We have stayed here twice before but the property is not being maintained to the high standard that the price reflects.
