Great place, quiet and safe with an amazing garden set up. Jeff was very kind, flexible with great communication. I appreciate I could do the check in at 2 am when I arrived from Christchurch with no extra charges.
There is pool which was great to cool down during the hot weather. The place is protected to avoid mosquitos coming inside and it's designed to be cold enough day and night. I appreciated the front yard under the roof with the great view.
It has everything you need in the kitchen, with the basics for cooking and extra tea towels. Mattress was super comfy, my back was happy. The bathroom super clean, good water pressure and extra towels.
Very good for the value. Recommended.
It would be great to have internet included in the place, especially when it rains for the whole day. Also, the TV was kind an ornament coz just one channel was available, no Netflix, or any app. This definitely needs an upgrade 😁.
Shower switch moved from super cold to super hot as the maneuver was difficult to adjust but I managed anyway.

Jamie was really lovely and chatty, couple of friendly dogs. Space was tidy and clean. Bikes were a bonus and a nice way to see the island. Good value for money.
booking.com and the guest information book in the bungalow say that toilet paper is included - however when we asked for some we were told we were meant to provide our own. Also says free toiletries, assumed this would include shampoo etc but only hand soap was provided so bit of confusion there.
Quiet close to the next bungalow so could be some noise - or you could be noisy for your neighbour. We got woken up one night by the neighbour having a nightmare and yelling in their sleep.
