Location to great beach, pool, and apartment was cool - no a/c needed

The White House is in a quiet and lush location, just a short stroll to a beautiful beach. The apartment and villa share the pool, yet are quite private from each other. There are lots of nice spaces to relax in, both outside and inside, by the pool, or on the patio. We explored Rarotonga, but always looked forward to coming back to the White House for some down time in the afternoons. Our young kids loved the place. The pool was very popular, as was the gentle, happy dog, the grassy area to run around on, and the coconuts to husk. Brent and Eve were friendly, accommodating and responsive, yet never intruded on our holiday.

The property was a 100m flat walk from the best snorkelling beach in the island and was really spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We arrived after a storm and my initial impression was things were a bit tired but after staying for 5 night it felt so homey I didn’t want to leave.

Central, perfect location close to everything. Kids enjoyed the pool.
Could do with a clean up, pillows had mould on them when the pillow cases were stripped ,the sheets weren’t as clean. House keeping didn’t replace towels regularly. Closets were musty.
