It was comfortable 10 min drive to town. Beds very comfortable.
The bathroom definitely needs a good upgrade. Especially the shower area .

Comfortable, spacious and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Convenience store 5 minute walk away was so handy. Property is on the older side but thought the bathroom was great - shower especially.
One of the single bed mattresses was pretty worn down. It was difficult to contact Peter for check in instructions once we got there, so we weren’t sure which unit was ours (deduced it as the others were occupied).
