The location of the house is exceptional, probably on the best beach of whole Raro. The House have everything one need, the kitchen is very well equipped and one can even do BBQ! Supermarket 24h in less than 5min distance.
Hard to find, specially in the middle of the night as there are no signs. Communication with property owner barely to the minimum. Didn’t answer our questions.

The location was sublime and being able to bbq on the deck.
Sadly the neighbour was very annoyed that we were staying next door. Accused us of staying at The Rarotongan and hanging out at the AirBnb. She approached a few times with issues. Don't let that put you off as I don't think they live there full time but it just pays to be aware of it.

Perfect beach house in a wonderful location with a great beach. The beach house was well equipped and comfortable and private with a great deck and a great view. Highly recommended.

Position on the beach was good, private. Beach house a good size for two.
Could possibly do with a tidy up, door broken off cupboard, screw holes in wall in bathroom, broken light fitting, minimal toilet paper, would have been nice to have a few teabag,sugar,salt and pepper to start with till we could get to town.
