Disappointing

Good location

Such a shame. No sign outside, at all. Rusty open gate. Felt secure because of the codes but inside it was just so unkempt. Aside from the bathrooms which were just gross and one flickering light, a diary bath mat, peeling bath panels, dirty walks etc the room was freezing with the wind left open, radiator didn't work, dirty window frames. It really would not cost much to make some updates and make it look semi decent but this screams stingy. TV did not work and host didn't care when text about it.

Great location for the footy

Obviously this isn't the Hilton if you know what I mean. We came for a footy game and for fiddy quid it fulfilled it's purpose. It was fairly comfortable, quiet, generally clean. Best of all is it's about 20min walk to old Trafford, and for that alone it was worth the money.

The place is looking a bit tired to be honest... But it is functional for those coming for a game

Fast check in last minute

The room felt dirty- the bed was unconfortable, plus it seemed to have a lot of bits under the bed sheets. We slept on top of the duvet. Kettle was not working. Toilet was not fixed to ground or Wall. Kitchen ultra dirty-: abandoned shelfs, half bottle of jack Daniel's and Simply dirt. Completely unstable chairs.

Price is ok for the location and services are moderately okay for me, I can still come around again

Quiet and easy to locate environment, good and secured parking space, spacious bedroom with good furnitures, though can still consider to fit in a very small working table for guests on work trip.

Poor beddings (very old flattened pillows, mattress too needs replacing soon as it aches back sometimes and old bedsheets with few spot stains). Kitchen pix on the advert is not real, it needs some few renovations and constant cleaning for late arrival guest coming into the kitchen the first time after use by other guests.

It felt like staying in slightly grotty student accommodation.

Two interconnecting rooms with beds for six was handy for our family group. The beds were comfy enough.

The place was dirty (actual rubbish left on the floor, marks on the bedding, dusty/dirty round the edges of the room) and smelt of smoke despite several no smoking signs. The carpets needed replacing, the walls needed painting, and even the radiator looked like it had suffered damage. The wardrobe and cabinet were flimsy and bent out of shape, with one broken coat hanger in the wardrobe. There was only one small hand towel for our family to share. The guest house wasn't manned and so felt insecure (my children were a bit frightened). They make you send photo ID and then send you a keycode, which I wasn't expecting. I tried to clean black marks off the bath in the shared bathroom but realised they were cracks not dirt/hairs. I chose this place because it said it had parking, but then it had one tiny drive space that I couldn't fit my car onto.

Very noisy black neighbors, they don't know what it means to close doors quietly. I fell asleep at 9 pm and woke up at 11 pm because of loud screams and sounds in the house. The house is full of children who scream non-stop. As a result, I woke up at 5:30 am because of screams and noise, the children were getting ready for school and screaming throughout the house.

we had no choice but to book due to accommodation we did originally book through booking.com not being legit and this was the cheapest available

room is too small for 4 people, it gets far to hot and if you open window you hear all the traffic, only one pillow per person and not thick, quilts dated pillow nd quilt lumpy, a smell throughout the whole house

Mixed feelings

You pay for what you get: it's cheap, located on a busy main road, and the walls are very thin. Ear plugs are a must! The basic cleaning is done, but there's a lot of stuff that's simply missed. The entire property is very tired, the bedding looks the same as in reviews from 7-8 years ago, and a number of things are broken - tiles, window latches etc. It does have a kitchen with basic pots and pans bowls etc - very useful if you're trying to save money. And there's a great convenience store just a hundred meters or so away.

Staying here for work and have no complaints on my seventh week here and pretty much stayed in every room. Clean rooms great location good night sleep, shared kitchen and bathrooms all clean and all utensils available. All at a great price will be continuing my stays 👍

Nice place for a match

After reading the reviews I was dreading the place shouldn't of because place was lovely we stayed for 3 niggts while going to a game at Old Trafford was perfect for that reason 2 min walk to bus stop 5 mins to old trafford 20 min to center of manchester

Cheap and convenient, but not having a reception has its downsides

I was looking for an accomodation with a free parking and close to the airport because I had an early flight in the morning. It was cheap, convenient and quite comfortable.

There were some dodgy people in the room next to mine who were either getting drunk or stoned, or both. Then just after midnight I spent lovely half an hour listening to one of them vomit in the shared bathroom. I guess walls are very thin. Then I got woken up around 5 by loud banging on someone else's door (assuming my first neighbours), there was a loud argument and I could even hear somebody saying that police will be getting involved. After that I fell back asleep, I don't know how it played out. I also wasn't too happy with the nylon matress cover but considering what kind of people are checking in, it's understandable.

It's close to the city centre. Parking was good and so was the wifi

You need to provide a cooker so guests who are staying longer can cook. The Oven doesn't seem to be working well. Also an option for laundry wound be good
