It was hard leaving this exceptional spa and returning to reality.

The grounds of Alamillo were like a little paradise. We found the staff exceptionally helpful, even driving us to the city center when needed. We couldn't have been more pleased.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but if they were closer to the center they wouldn't have have the spacious, beautiful grounds that we so much loved.

Amazing find!

So peaceful. Haven’t slept 8 hrs straight in ages. Beautiful setting, amazing fresh breakfast, 2 minute drive to the Pueblo Magico - Malinalco. Plus the small spa and speedy wifi.

Lovely, beautiful located and laidback!

This little secret spot in the mountains of Malinalco is unbelievable. We had two days just to relax, enjoy the nature and eat delicious homemade food. The breakfast is overwhelming and the owners and the staff are incredible! Thank you so much for giving us the feeling of being home. See you soon!

Hermoso y confortable

El lugar es hermoso y muy bien cuidado. el personal y la dueña son muy amables. Los espacios son amplios, la altura del cuarto en el que estábamos era como de 7 metros. Todo está diseñado con muy buen gusto. Ya qiero volver para esta más tiempo en el hotel y disfrutar de la alberca que en esta ocasión no tuve oportunidad.

Fue una estancia maravillosa, el lugar es hermoso pero el personal que atiende lo es más, el encargado del lugar fue básico para vivir una experiencia de descanso, relajamiento y diversión. Precioso escondite en Malinalco

El jardín es bellísimo. Vale la pena ir solo por el jardín y para estar en un ambiente de tranquilidad, frente a una alberca preciosa, rodeado de un jardín fabuloso y protegido por el Tepozteco majestuoso! La alberca está perfectamente climatizada, es delicioso meterte sin la menor sensación de frío ni calor. El personal es muy atento, amable y eficiente. En todas las áreas del hotel hay detalles bonitos. Las habitaciones son todas diferentes, super bonitas, cómodas y aisladas para crear espacios íntimos como terrazas privadas fuera de la vista del área común.

Nos hubiera gustado que hubiera un servicio de botanas o lunch ligero. El hotel sirve desayuno muy rico y completo, pero después cierra cocina y no hay lunch, comida, ni cena, pero si hay un bar self-service bien surtido, con botanas empacadas como nueces o similares.

El cuarto q me tocó está mono pero se pueden mejorar muchas cosas, comenzando por la regadera, lis cojines incómodos y algunos detalles. Pero yo iba con la expectativa de descansar y desconectarme de la ciudad pero nos tocó una familia q venía a celebrar y pues su dinámica de ruido y plática y risas constantes, estropeó un poco mis deseos de descanso, pero además es un hotel q propone silencio y paz, así q ni al caso el ruido

La atención del personal es encantadora, senti como si me recibiera mi propia familia asi como el desayuno hecho como en tu propia casa, todo natural y saludable, cabe realtar que hay un mirador al cual puedes acceder y es muy bonito poder observar malinalco desde ahí

El trato del personal, lo atentos que son, la habitación está bonita. El desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Desde el punto precio-servicio; deja mucho que desear. La habitación era de 2 recamaras, el clima estaba en +30 ‘C y no hay aire acondicionado, solo había 1 ventilado que no cubría toda la habitación, pedimos uno extra y tardaron muchísimo en entregarlo para la 2a recámara. Las baldosas del zoclo del baño se despegaban. La alberca no estaba limpia al momento de usarla. No hay servicio nocturno de alimentos, ni de comida por la tarde.

La casa es muy bonita y tranquila. Las habitaciones están muy bien y los desayunos super ricos. Muy servicial y amables todos.

Me hubiera encantado que hubiera un menú sencillo de botanas al medio día como guacamole, quesadillas, etc.
