Comfortable stay for a night

Nice facilities with a pool and a well-maintained garden, the room was spacious with two comfortable beds. The covered parking spaces were a plus during rainy season. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Bathrooms are rather dated.

Fine for a one-night stay, but don't keep your hopes up.

The breakfast was OK. Options were a little limited, but, for a one-night stay, it does the trick.

This is my second time at this property. The rooms could use some refurbishing. The garden/pool area was pretty dirty and loud (full of kids and families, as usual). I used the pool for about ten minutes and got out as quickly as I could. For a property of this kind, the final price was a bit too high.

The place is OK, Staff (excepted the valet) is unfriendly

1. Incredible that the US flag was hung upside down! 2. I forgot a sweater in my room when check-out (my responsibility!). After several phone calls, 3 days later they told me they didn´t find it. That said, I’m sure the cleaning lady found it and kept it: or in other words, she stole it. Can’t prove it and I’m the person who forgot the sweater in the room: I’ll take the responsibility for losing it. But I hope the hotel takes the required measures to make sure they have honest staff.

Sometimes the attention of the staff is not so good. On our last day of stay, for example, we requested 3 times for clean towels and they were never delivered.

Nice clean hotel

The hotel is clean. The decor is modern. The pool is very relaxing and the perfect temperature. At times the pool was completely empty and very enjoyable. I had the cheapest room so it was small but it was ok for my purposes. The fresh juices and fruits at breakfast were good.

The breakfast was just ok, pretty plain. The coffee was flavorless. I wish I would have had a coffee pot in my room so I could make my own. No hair dryer in my room. Room service food was not worth the price based on the taste. You're better off going to any if the restaurants near by. They're cheaper and better tasting.
