Calm, beautiful place to relax!

The sauna was not working at the moment due to a malfunction. Hopefully it will be ready for my next visit!

A very good stay, with lots of quiet and privacy. Well kept , with nice traditional decor.

It is a nice and well kept place. Housekeeping does a fabulous job to keep it all sparkling clean. I like the facility to have room service without extra charges and the location is very central but well away from the noise of traffic and foot crowds of Glorieta Tlatenango. The restaruant has good prices and good value for money, but with little limited menu. I never got sick and I ate saldas and juices prepared on premises, so cleanliness if excellent .

They could have honored my booking request to get a room in n the main floor within stairs. I accepted the second floor since the only change of room they offered was close to double the price. There are stairs everywhere animist of them have no railing, which poses a real difficulty for me with knee arthritis and less than perfect balance. Every time I came to my room I was worried I might fall. There is enough space to build an elevator, and I am puzzled why they do not do it tales in the more trusted areas.

The garden and the spa are great. Really beautiful. I enjoyed the swimminpool very much, specially during the week when the hotel was almost empty. The location was convenient for me, although it is far from downtown Cuernavaca.

The food at the restaurant is not great, quite tasteless. Rooms in the annex of the main building are very basic (very little and very simple furniture) and have no AC. The bed was so-so.

Nice gardens, quiet pool, friendly staff, good location, free parking, good service.

TV and wifi doesn't work. TV has Netflix but we were unable to connect. Our room was over a road and it was noisy sometimes. The quality of the food in the restaurant could be improved. Some locations of the hotel look abandoned.

La ubicación y los jardines

Desde que llegamos notamos que en los baños faltaban toallas para secarse las manos, las habitaciones estaban en extremo calurosas y no había aire acondicionado, el baño estaba muy pequeño, las almohadas estaban muy duras, la alberca estaba sucio, a cierta hora cierran la puerta del hotel y prácticamente la habitacion que nos dieron quedaba afuera como si no fuera parte del hotel y con el calor que hacía tuve que abrir la ventana del cuarto y la puerta del baño, arriesgando que alguien se metiera al no contar con protecciones. El vigilante muy amablemente nos abrió el estacionamiento para dejar el coche y sacarlo muy temprano ya que de otra forma lo tendría que dejar al pie de la calle.

Tranquila y silenciosa.

La atención del personal y la limpieza de la habitación es excelente. Me permitieron realizar el check-in 1 hora del horario establecido. El aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y se descansa muy bien por lo aisladas que están las habitaciónes.

La ubicación del hotel, el estacionamiento es demasiado pequeño y no está correctamente señalizado el sentido de circulación, tampoco cuentan con señalamientos de la dirección de entreda y salida y el agua de la regardera estaba demasiado caliente.
