    Our stay at Oasia Suites was unfortunately quite disappointing, particularly when it came to the room condition, cleanliness and breakfast. The rooms are relatively small and the overall condition feels quite dated, with noticeable wear and tear. There were also broken hangers in the room. More importantly, the cleanliness was below expectations. The floor was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned thoroughly, while the toilet bowl was also not properly cleaned upon our arrival. For a hotel stay, basic room and bathroom cleanliness should be a priority. Breakfast was the biggest disappointment of our stay. The selection was very limited, the food was bland, and there were numerous small flies around the dining area and food. They were literally everywhere, which made the experience extremely unpleasant and raised concerns about hygiene. Because of this, we decided not to have breakfast there on our final day despite having already paid for it. I would appreciate it if the hotel could consider refunding the breakfast charges for our last day. On a positive note, the Front Office staff were friendly and pleasant throughout our stay, and we appreciated their hospitality. However, the service at the bar could be improved. I ordered a coffee but waited so long that I eventually had to cancel the order. The staff member attending to the bar seemed more occupied making coffee for his colleagues, chatting and shaking hands with a Grab rider rather than attending to a waiting guest. While it is perfectly fine for staff to be friendly, guest orders should still be prioritised. Overall, the property has potential, especially with its friendly Front Office team, but greater attention needs to be given to room cleanliness, maintenance, food hygiene, breakfast quality and service standards. Unfortunately, based on this experience, the stay did not meet my expectations.

    The toilet in our room was broken, the lighting was extremely dim, we had two rooms one with bright lighting and the other with dim lighting, when we pointed it out the lady at the reception said all rooms have different lighting. upon our insistence, she agreed to have someone check them but no one came to inspect. We tried the breakfast buffet one day but looking at the poor service for bringing one fried egg and the limited menu, we decided to save our money. Our room was a floor below the pool so at night we would hear the noises from the roof for pool cleaning etc. Woke up almost every day to noises of construction from the next door building, sound proofing in rooms need work too. On checkout, the bell boy tried to fool us into getting a more expensive ride to the airport when we asked his advice on car type while booking online. Overall it wasn't a great experience.
