    There are many options in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Not many meet the balance of good services, convenient location and value for money. Crown Regency is one of those places. ROOM: The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it has a bathtub, and is spacious enough for a couple looking to spend a few nights in Kuala Lumpur. Other comments mention some noise from the night life in the streets below, but I slept quite well. BUILDING: There's a gym and a swimming pool, which for the price you're paying, is very, very decent. The only thing here is the carpark, which can be quite tight to maneuver in. Some driving expertise is necessary to make sure you don't scratch your vehicle. SAFETY: Pretty safe! No complaints. PRICE: Can you find something else that goes for this price and with all of the above? EXTRA: Not a complaint, but the facilities, room and others look and feel a little old, with the interior looking like something out of the 90s or 00's. You might have an issue with that, but personally I didn't care. In fact, I felt that it added some extra charm to it. CONCLUSION: Would I stay here again? Definitely.

    Two Smart TVs in the suite to set up and watch live World Cup matches. Living room with separate room to host your friends. Next door, Healy Mac's for drinks, football & food. Great staycation!

    exceptional location. close to klcc, klcc lrt and bukit nanas monorail. no breakfast buffet, but has plenty of eateries and restaurants in the area. rooms were clean and renovated rooms were much more comfortable than before. there's a self-service laundrette by the pool on the third floor where we can wash our clothes, but you need to buy your own detergent (available at the nearest 7-eleven). services need to improve though. i wanted to do laundry. i was told the laundry opens at 7am. at 8am i brought my laundry down, but the laundrette was still closed. i brought my laundry with me to the lobby. the receptionist told me that she will ask security to open the laundry and show me the laundry machines to use. however, the security guard only opened the lift for me and told me that someone else will show me the laundry machines. when i arrived at the laundrette, nobody was there. also, the receptionist told me to pay for the laundry before explaining how it worked. i had to go back and forth from the pool/laundry area to the lobby. also, the housekeeping should improve. they didn't wash my coffee cup after i used it on the first day. they didn't tidy my bedsheets; they only tidied my pillows and blanket, so my bedsheets were still unmade. i couldn't find my A/C remote because they were in my unmade bedsheets lol. rather disappointing. overall, a decent stay, but be prepared for small things like this that may or may not irk you. (it irked me ngl)
