Very good value for money.

Very clean and well looked after. Very good breakfast and fantastic value for money.

Swimming pool was always very cold. It’s placed from the north west side so the water is very cold. Way colder than in the sea in September.

Nice but would stay somewhere else next time

The layout and the aesthetic was nice inside and the kitten around the pool

The fact it didn't have lifts inside the building and that the hill where the apartments is extremely steep. There were blinds but they didn't work and there was no blind on the bathroom window and we were facing the car park and another hotel building. The breakfast is pretty much the same every day so no real excitement every morning. You would definitely need a car if you're coming here.

Quite nice and quiet

Modern and well equipped studio with mini fridge and small bathroom, nice host ,housekeeping and varied and tasty breakfast.

Hotel is set on really steep hill with a parking on the top , do it was challenging to park there, not many restaurants around. No pavemement leading to the beach .

Clean

The apartment was really clean, comfortable and enough big for the hole family (5).

They have a big problem whit stray cats. They are everywhere. It was really difficult to look them. I wanted to help and fied them but one lady, who is working there, screamed at us, that we are not allowed to give them food. It was the food that I boutg in the grocery store, food for cats. But she just throw it away. Ignoring the problem is not the solution.

Beautiful views of the ocean, mountains and sunsets.

Brilliant staff in the kitchen, very helpful, kind and caring. Went out of their way to make sure we had vegetarian food upon our stay. We liked the timings of the Breakfast. Loved the room, view of the Sunset was absolutely breath taking. Manager was very accommodating and help us be comfortable in our room.

No lifts, it was hard taking luggage up to 3rd floor.

Nice, relaxing and pleasant.

Overall - it was nice and quiet. Bit hard for parking and ariving since the acomodation is on the hill and entrance to parking is a bit tricky. Other than that i have no objections. The hosts where nice, view excelent since the apartments are on the hill. Airconditioning working perfecly.

Location (the apartments are located on the steap hill so its a bit chalenging for non experience drivers to arive at destionation).

I can recommend those apartments and would like to come again

I liked that it was clean and tidy, a large terrace with an incredible view and a large pool. Separately, I should mention the wonderful hosts, I am grateful to them for the quick settlement and help in all matters

What impressed me the most was the courtesy of the staff, the help in any request, as well as the perfect cleanliness. I did not notice that the payment is made only in cash, and the hotel waited until I cashed out the required amount in a couple of days. No collateral, total trust🙂. Good breakfasts for a three-star hotel (delicious coffee), I would especially like to emphasize the diligence and courtesy of the dining room staff. The view from the pool and rooftop was amazing! The pool area was disinfected regularly and was perfectly clean. We love the beach as well, the water was fantastic. It's quiet and comfortable place. It was very pleasant to relax in this place, the staff did everything possible for the comfort of the guests. We were helped to lift our suitcase and also taken to the bus stop on the way back. Thank you, we'll be back as soon as possible!

You had to walk to the beach along a busy road that did not have a sidewalk. This caused more discomfort than even the slide on which the hotel stands, because returning from the beach could at least be attributed to regular physical activity, which is useful☺️. But older people should take this into account. The seating areas on the rooftops looked a little different from the photo, it was a little abandoned and unvisited. Perhaps this is because it was very hot and there were not many people who wanted to relax from above 😄 - indeed, in July it was fresher and more pleasant downstairs near the pool. There are no elevators inside the buildings.

Exceptional

A beautiful holiday, the apartment met all our expectations. One of the most beautiful views of the sea, the surrounding area and the sunset. The host, Mr. Mele, is very accommodating and friendly to all visitors. Neat, clean and healthy environment. As part of the arrangement, we had included breakfast, which was at the hotel level. All beaches and locations in the area are accessible very quickly. Swimming pool with very clean water. My recommendation for sure.

Quite basic, but great value for money

Clean, fairly modern apartment. Very good prices with meals included. Meal quality was fairly good. Excellent views of the mountains and sea. Well equipped, including kitchenette. Practical and clean pool.

Room was small (but sufficient) with no balcony. Some meals were a little repetitive. Sometimes difficult to communicate in English (valid for the whole of Montenegro), but no problem for German speakers.

The host and the food was ok.

The building is on an abrupt hill, hard to climb with a normal car. The room is small, no balcony, only a toilet. The pool is poor, small, and always full. The toilet was nasty. It's more like a 25€-apartment, not 125€.

Poor

The aircon worked fine. There was enough of the kitchen appliance. The balcony had a partial see view as in the describtion. The rooftop terrace had nice views.

We struggled to find a person with the keys as the reception was empty. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom and the floor. The lock at the main door did not work properly, it was never fixed despite our report on it. We did not get the cleaning product even if we wanted to clean the appartment. We are afraid that the ealier reports on the place are either sponsored or just dishonnest.

Disappointing

Panorama for the Sea.

No Baby bed ensured. No beer, no drink offered at Restaurant. Not enough hot water in the manual boiler for a family. No drinkable water from the system. Not enough WC paper. We were not informed about these things.

Exceptional

The premise is nice, on top of a hill with a great sea view and a nice pool area for lounge. The studios are big enough for a family with 2 kids but I recommend an apartment, the difference in price is not so big. Keep in mind that the studios are located in the same building were the pool is, very close to breakfast area and you have side sea view. The wi-fi is great, the entire premise is covered by quality wi-fi. We traveled 3 families, we had 3 studios for 7 nights, due to some untorturable and personal issues one of the families had to leave after only 3 days, the manager was very understanding and they paid only for those 3 days without any penalties.

We had no cleaning products, but I think that this could be solve easily, we shared what we need with our friends so we have not asked for them. The breakfast is very poor, each morning are 2 types of breakfast and you can choice but we skipped the breakfast one or 2 days due to quality. The pool water is very cold, most of the time is in shadow, my recommendation for the manager is to invest in a warming system for this great pool, definitely will help, the pool are is the biggest plus for this property.
