Excellent hotel with excellent facilities, the staff could behave better towards their customers.

We stayed in the hotel apartment, which was really clean, spacious and had an incredible view from the balcony. The breakfast was good, the spa services were a positive surprise. The place was absolutely charming.

The hotel service in the restaurant and reception was rude. It felt like we were second-class customers, the hotel reception made me wait for service and served a customer who passed me for a long time, chatting about this and that. At breakfast they ran out of coffee cups, forks and knives and when you asked for them, you got one piece, which seemed strange. The spa customer service was excellent.

The best hotel in Dobra Voda area

Beach front modern apartment with amazing front sea view. Good quality beds, good shower, nice balcony to enjoy sunset. They have amazing restaurant with delicious food and stunning sea view from level 5 rooftop. Quite pricy but the food is of outstanding quality. Own beach with variety of deck chairs always available during our stay and included for the guests.

It was constantly smelling of sewage from the AC/ ventilation system. Breakfast is pretty basic but ok for a short stay.

Great stay

The apartment is great and is well equipped, located right in front of the beach, and has a beautiful panoramic sea view ( although the neighbourhood is less appealing).. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. Parking is convenient.

Best place to stay in Dobra Voda

Beautiful modern apartment with two bedrooms. Sea view, right at the beach. Very comfortable beds. Very clean and quiet apartment. Best place to stay in Dobra Voda, definitely coming back (again). Also for the children there is a playroom in the main hotel and the staff is lovely. They took care of us and our two children very well.

В цілому апартаменти дуже сподобались, раджу сміливо сюди їхати

Просторі апартаменти, в нас були двокімнатні, шикарний вид на море, щоденне прибирання, в ціну апартаментів входило спа, критий басейн і басейн на даху, шезлонги, пляжні рушники і парковка входили у вартість, що дуже порадувало. Один день був дощ, чудово провели його в спа, величезна дитяча кімната рятує , коли є дитина. Різноманітні сніданки, завжди було що обрати. До пляжу 5хв пройтись повільним шагом. Адміністрація швидко реагує на всі питання, дуже швидко все вирішується.

Як для апартаментів замалий холодильник, готувати можна тільки,щоб одразу це зʼїсти, зберігати там нічого не можливо, може один судочок влізе і на цьому все, тому більше схоже на готельний номер, аніж на апартаменти, кухня маленька, дві конфорки, але це не проблема, готувати можна нормально Курити дозволяють всюди, в ресторані, на балконах, це саме жахливе, але це проблема усієї країни в цілому

Wir hatten ein tolles Apartment im 5. Stock mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht auf das Meer und der mit Pool auf der gleichen Etage. Alles war sehr sauber und das Apartment wie eine kleine Wohnung. Sehr nett ausgestattet. Frühstück war lecker.

Vielleicht das man zum frühstücken vom Apartment aus erst ins Hotel gehen musste. Bei schönem Wetter kein Problem, bei schlechtem Wetter kann es störend sein.

Obiekt doskonale położony okolica cicha piękny widok na morze. Pokój przestronny komfortowy, czysty. Na dachu był basen, który doskonale wypełniał nam dni odpoczynku. Śniadania przepyszne z niesamowitym widokiem na morze. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

Jinak pláže i vše kolem dle očekávání ale v dobrém smyslu.

Snídaně bohaté a dostačující. Personál výborný a vždy usměvavý i ochotný.

Vybavení posilovny v částečně v rozpadajícím stavu a hlavně teplota 27 °C je katastrofa. Nechápu proč tam není klimatizace.

Ваші дівчата-адміністратори дуже милі, уважні і добрі. Особливо коли ми прибули з самого ранку, 8 ранку - погодилися завчасно заселятися, а не чекати 14 години. Також у апартаментах дешевших, де ми мали проживати - не працював кондиціонер. Нам запропонували номер дорожчий з кондиціонером і без жодних доплат ! Море 1 хв , лежаки входять у вартість проживання , а це дуже важливо. Номери дійсно чисті. Є спа закрите - де теплий басейн , у номері є вода , посуд , туалетний рулон, рушники щодня міняють ! З комарами трошки проблема! Беріть з собою спрей чи щось від комарів!

На жаль наша відпустка була короткою, сподіваюсь наступного літа ми приїдемо на 10-14 днів, воно того варте)

Скарб Чудесне море з лежаками для гостів готелю. Ми були в кінці вересня, море казкове, пляж чистий😍 Номер був точно як на фото, просто величезний! клінінг прибирає кожного дня, постіль міняють раз на три дні 👍🏻 Неприємних запахів, які були вказані в інших відгуках в нас не було 🤷🏻‍♀️ Лише чарівний запах моря 🥰 Холодильник маленький, але добре охолоджує , нам вистачало :) Сніданок супер, можна легко зібрати збалансовану тарілку, що дуже важливо для нашої сімʼї, офіціанти залюбки принесуть зернову каву з кавової машини якщо Ви попросите 😌 Басейн на даху маленький, приблизно 3*5, глибиною 1,5м, є 2 великі лежаки-ліжка і звичайні лежаки на одного. В самому готелі можна користуватись критим басейном у спа. Там також знаходиться дитяча кімната, непогана, але там дуже душно, тому надовго дитину там не залишити, але просто як додаткова функція - вона є.

Для нас це було не критично, бо ми не збирались нічого готувати, але в номері була зламана плита і ми не могли нею користуватись якби знадобилось, обіцяти полагодити, але за весь час проживання не виправили цю проблему.
