In our cozy Sun & Sea vacation home, no wish goes unfulfilled. It comfortably accommodates up to 6 people and is very well and modernly equipped and stylishly furnished.
Here you can fully enjoy the breathtaking ocean view and the sun on the spacious private sun terrace, where you’ll feel completely at ease and relaxed.
The beach is just a few steps away, and you’re also in an ideal location for exploring the beautiful and diverse surrounding region along the Adriatic Sea.
The most beautiful beaches on the eastern Adriatic are located between Bar and Ulcinj—many of them have been awarded the coveted “Blue Flag,” which guarantees the best water quality. The beach in the small village of Utjeha is one of them and is just a few minutes’ walk away. On the way there, you’ll find small supermarkets, a bakery, and little restaurants with ocean views. The best place to buy fresh fruits and vegetables is directly from the farmers right in front of our house.
The vacation home’s location is ideal for exploring the entire country—the towns of Bar and Ulcinj are each just 10 km away and easily accessible by bus during the summer months. Children and water sports enthusiasts will have a great time at Velika Plaža, the 13-km-long sandy beach near Ulcinj. Also worth seeing are the old towns along the coast and the national parks inland. The mountainous landscape in the north is also worth a visit.

Transfers from the airports in Podgorica, Tivat, Tirana (Albania), or Dubrovnik (Croatia) can be easily arranged with us after booking your vacation rental.
Accessibility by public transportation:
The nearest bus stop is only a few hundred meters away from each apartment. From there, shuttle buses run regularly (hourly during peak season, four times a day during the off-season) to Bar (to the main train station, bus station, and city center) and back. From the bus station and main train station in Bar, there are regular connections to Podgorica and all other major cities.
