Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was in excellent condition - everything looked brand new and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, with all the dishes and appliances you could want. The owners were super friendly and always happy to help with any questions we had. The view from the window is absolutely gorgeous, especially the sunsets - we could watch them every evening! The location is perfect since you're right on the beach. Just a heads up for families with small kids - if you walk to the other end of the beach, there's a gentler entry into the water. Right in front of the apartment, the entry is quite steep, so keep that in mind. The breakfast was lovely too - nice buffet style with good variety. The owners were incredibly accommodating - they let us do a late check-out since we had an evening flight and were traveling with a small child, which we really appreciated. Our little one accidentally broke a glass and coaster, and the owners were completely understanding about it.

One thing to note: there's no daily housekeeping service - you'll need to clean the room and take out trash yourself. You also have to ask reception for fresh towels, bed linen changes, dishwasher tablets, or coffee capsules. We found ourselves going to reception quite often with these requests. The staff always helped us right away, but it did mean quite a few trips back and forth.

Everything was perfect: comfortable, welcoming, and truly enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, with all the facilities we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was also delicious! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be coming back.

Regular cleaning would be a nice addition, but overall, it's great as it is.

It was absolutely fantastic vocation - the apartment was new, stylish, comfortable, cozy, but the goal of this place was sea view from the balcony with the magic sunsets every day.

I think , for this price the cleaning must be included, thank you.

Шикарные апартаменты , все чисто, мебель новая и комфортная, постель белоснежная , очень приятная девушка на ресепшен, на кухне есть все начинаю от чистой и красивой посуды заканчивая духовкой .Обязательно вернемся еще в эти апартаменты .

Wspaniały pobyt w nowoczesnym, wyjątkowo wygodnym apartamencie. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie, serdeczna i pomocna manager, wzorowa czystość i rewelacyjne wyposażenie we wszelkie niezbędne sprzęty. Plaża krok od apartamentu, w okolicy apteka, sklepiki i markety oraz niezłe restauracje choć osobiście polecam odejść od głównego deptaka. Nieco wyżej, przy głównej ulicy jest zdecydowanie smaczniej:) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Vienna Luxury Apartments☀️

Erholsam und entspannend

Sauber neu, Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und das Bett war richtig gut dazu den Pool auf dem Dach mit Liegen und Schirm. Frühstück war ausreichend, aber die Teller sollte man sich genau ansehen, waren öfter nicht sauber genug. Sonst sehr zufrieden

Не хватало швабры чтоб пол протирать, давление воды в душе слабое , и отсутствие второго душа , указано что два сан узла, но не указанно что душ одни , в бассейне очень хлорированная вода .

Besonders gut gefallen hat mir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – sie waren immer ansprechbar und haben sich um alles gekümmert.Auch der Hotelchef war sehr präsent und herzlich. Man merkt, dass ihm die Zufriedenheit der Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt.Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit frischen Zutaten. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top – alles war gut erreichbar. Ich würde dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

Neues Aparthotel mit top Ausstattung in bester Lage.

Очень хороший отель. Не было кофе машины, только сказали сразу принесли с капсулами. Вид из бассейна на крыше ночью особенно прекрасен. Управляющий всегда интересовался все ли хорошо. Кухня полностью оборудована. Кровать удобная, много шкафов.

Das Apartment ist nicht nur modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern auch unglaublich kinderfreundlich. Es bietet alles, was man sich für einen entspannten und komfortablen Aufenthalt wünscht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten, die dieses Apartment so besonders machen. Die Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine sorgt für den perfekten Morgenkaffee, während der Sandwich-Maker ideal für schnelle, leckere Snacks ist. Der großzügige Kühl- und Gefrierschrank bietet ausreichend Platz für alle Ihre Lebensmittel, und die Waschmaschine ist ein echter Segen, besonders für längere Aufenthalte.
