Apartments Misko

We stayed here 8 years ago and returned for another stay. The location is great, a few steps from the beach and a few restaurants. The apartment was light and spacious, even if we were less lucky this time and got one on the bottom floor with close to no view, with a large kitchen. Lovely friendly hosts that let us use their washing machine and checked up on us from time to time, even if language was a bit of a barrier. Very good secure parking, in a place where flat ground is at a premium!

It felt like maintenance is needed. Two out of three beds squeeked so much it was hard to sleep in them and a few of the kitchen chairs could also do with tightening a few screws (all the furniture is very sturdy so I think this should be easily fixed). Some of the kitchen utensiles are also up for replacing. The ceiling in our bathroom was made of metal mesh and the pipes from bathrooms above ran behind it - making VERY loud noices as soon as someone showered, used the sink or the toilet. The wifi only reaches the living room, there is none in the other rooms. Also, coming from Croatia, I was surprised there is no outdoor shower so you don't have to drag in all the salt water from the beach.

Large apartments suitable a family, has nice terrace with the sea view, great location in the cosy bay. Friendly owners always ready to help with anything you need. There are couple of good places to have a lunch or dinner (the first is “Regina Del Mare” restaurant, the second - konoba “Kod Slavka”.

The location, very close to the sea is a great attraction.
