Royal Villas

This is a great place for a larger group of people 😇 5 bedrooms - each with a separate bathroom (some with hydromassage bathtub or sauna!), plus extra bathroom downstairs in common area. There’s a huge kitchen and the whole villa is very spacious. The host was very communicative and helpful. It’s close to the city center and beach bar. Views from the windows are amazing - you can see mountains and sea too. Pool was great - with many sunbeds around. BBQ is also huge and there is a space to sit and eat outside. We didn’t have any problems during our stay 🥰 IT WAS GREAT!!!

There could be a little bit more kitchen utensils, like glasses, bowls, etc. for such amount of people that can stay in the villa, but no other complaints ✌️

Классный вид. Местоположение отличное, до моря около 1 км. Много мелких магазинов рядом. Прикольно было проводить время в тёплом и чистом бассейне.

Плохой запах в сан узлах. На третьем этаже не было Wi-fi. Плохо работает электро-плита, долго приходилось готовить еду. Уставшая мебель в комнатах и на кухне. По вечерам кусались комары.

Villa and location fabulous. Pool was a good size and kept very clean, and the local beach access for the villas so easy and convenient. Tatyana extremely helpful and easily contactable. Beautifully quiet and peaceful despite being very close to a much busier beach and town.

Next time I would fly into Tivat or Podgorica, rather than Dubrovnik, as the border crossing can get very busy in summer and take hours to get through. We had to leave a day early to be sure of catching return flight.

Outside spaces should be more maintained (unmown lawn, liner of the swimming pool badly installed, lights not in order)
